Screensaver doesn’t exactly work on a widescreen monitor. The main picture is a 4:3 image, but the moving bits like semi transparent leaves, float over the black pillers on the sides, also the blades of grass down in the bottom left hand corner don’t extend to the border of the screen, so they just float there as a clipped image.
I’m sure many of you are confused by now since the download you get will be the old mill screen saver instead of the lost watch. The way I solved this was to go to the website and download the correct screen saver and still run the “activate” which comes with the old mill saver. It will register you properly for the lost watch saver and everything should work fine now. Just uninstall the old mill saver as it will not be registered. (unless you would like to pay for it!)
Hope this helps!
