FYI Yesterday I downloaded and installed AVS Video Editor, went to the company's GOTD page, entered my email address, and got the acknowledgement page telling me that the validation key had been sent to my email address. I never received the email message. After half an hour or so I repeated the process and still did not get the email. I checked my email inbox repeatedly. I wrote to them on their website about the problem, and they did not answer. Maybe GOTD should refuse to have AVS products in the future if the company is so unreliable.

Wayne: Yes, Windows Firewall identified this as Leawo software.

I was glad to get this, as a recent Windows re-install left me bereft of such programs. I was apprehensive looking at the company webpage, because whoever wrote the copy does not understand that Blu-ray and DVD are mutually exclusive media. I have not attempted using the program yet, but there are BD-25 and BD-50 settings for burn, so that inspires hope, even though the copy writer may not know that "BD" means Blu-ray Disc, and "DVD" means Digital Versatile Disc. As Grandpa used to say, "The proof is in the pudding, not the words on the box." Thanks, GAOTD and Leawo.

That's right pixelperfect, pixelriffic or what ever you call yourself! I am stomping my feet right now, as we speak! But then again, I am very hard to please, especially when the software costs $86.00! Does that also mean, that other commenters that complain about this software giveaway, are also hard to please? I guess we are all hard to please here at GAOTD! Otherwise, we all would just download this software and not worry about the cost!

Question: Zemana antilogger (which was a previous GAOTD) says that this blu ray app is trying to access my webcam. Why?

If you want to use a program to create DVD/Blu-Ray (rip backup DVDs), use DVDFab. I've been using it for some time & I use ImgBurn to actually put the folders into a .iso format & burn it using ImgBurn as well.

Well well, another DVD/Blu-Ray Player/Creator giveaway this week! Now, that's a big surprise! Not!
But then again, it wouldn't be the same, without a DVD/Blu-Ray Creator/Player given away, at least once a week! Right? So, this week is no exception!

Is this the same software / Company as the Leawo Blu-ray Creator ? The interface is identical in every way, right down to the Icons.

The Leawo Blu-ray Creator is an excellent product.

Not that I do not appreciate these give aways, but this one is pretentious, there are free alternatives with a preview option, and templates, so how can they justify charging so much for this?

Ooops! During the installation process a yytool.exe, digitally signed, Shenzen Moyea Software becomes active, we had this tool several times bundled with the software from the Chinese company with the many names.

And yes, after start a well known interface opens...

I have so many times written a comment about these video converters, editors, DVD producer, that I think, I can skip this BlueRay producer. The same software with slight changes in the interface again and again.

Well the templates are not the best, a good editor for trim, crop, brightness, saturation and contrast, including a watermark.

In the option you can define the subtitle folder, disable the automatic update and disable the GPU acceleration.

Compare it with your installed *share software.

In my past experience a working solution. It is not only a "BlueRay" creator, but a simple, but complete solution for video, of course you can burn other formats, too.
