   I download the software everday and install and activate it and I also take backup of the software after downloading , But now that my hard disk was formatted I am unable to do the setup again it says I can't activate ? can any one solve this problem

   Hi Simmie72, Are you talking about new software or softare previously given away? If it's the latter you can't reactivate previously given away software unless its from developers like Paragon who send you Emails with your registration codes but also keep a record of all the software you have registere so as long as you can still download the versions that the reg codes are for you can reistall the software.

   Technically the giveaway offers are only supposed to be valid for the 24 hour period that they ran for. But quite a few other developers have given us registration codes which can be used out of time.

   If I've read your Email wrong and what you are saying is you cannot install today's software, try rebooting your internet connection via your router and/or modem. You may find your reinstalled firewall is blocking the activation process, sp make sure the gveaway activations are allowed as they require contact with an outside server. As a 'long shot' you could also try clearing your internet cache as this could hold a corrupted cookie of the giveaway page.
