   Hi, Suki... thanks, but what I meant was that that's not the game that's available under my Game Box FREE tab. The Box I keep in my Alawar folder still had Crystalix as the offer; so I downloaded a fresh Game Box from the Net and it's some kind of space shooter. Ah, well... I'm sure I can live w/out Pyramid Runner. Just thought I wasn't doing something right, which I probably am. *~&:-B

   Firebride has already posted about the latest alawar game in a seperate thread, but I thought I'd bring back the original thread. The game is Snowy: Treasure Hunter 2. It will probably be changing over soon. :)

   The latest free game from Alawar using their gamebox is called "Froggy's Adventures."

   Here is the description from Alawar's website:

   "Froggy's Adventures"

   "Froggy is no ordinary amphibian. Unlike his friends, who are content to lounge on lilly pads snagging the occasional fly, he has ambition! So when hungry monsters invade the forest in which he lives and start gobbling up the greenery, he sets out to save the day. Fortunately, Froggy can walk upright, do somersaults and blow enormous bubbles that can trap his enemies and send them sailing above the treetops.

   Froggy's Adventures is a charming platform game for the whole family. You'll guide Froggy as he collects all of the plants on each level, pops balloons to reveal bonuses surprises and does his best to either avoid or eliminate the creatures ransacking his home.    The latest version of the GameBox doesn't include the "Free Game" tab. How do you get to the freebie using GameBox now. My version has a 3rd tab (Free Game).

   Edit - My friend who I've been trying to walk through the download of the Gamebox AND Froggy's Adventure had trouble seeing the "Free Game" tab. Apparently it is still there.

   The bug I've been squawking about is still there, too. As in my case, Froggy's Adventures shows as a Demo, even though it says "Thank your for your Registration" and is a full game.

   The gamebox is still in Beta. Sorry about my slowness in getting a link for you Dragonlair. When I'm next in my Email account I'll try and remember to find the link to one of the alawar Staff. I know one of them never replies to my queries, but another one does. I just need to find the Email address. :)

   The new Alawar Gamebox monthly freebie is out! It's "Tiny Worlds". It's a cute little maze game. Surprisingly, it downloaded and unlocked in one try for me this time and it even shows as a full game within Gamebox.

   It reports 250 levels and FREE upgrades for future versions. That last is something I haven't seen before!

   Thanks for the heads-up, Dragonlair. This is a fun game although, at level 47, I may be getting to the point where the wolves are too fast for me. They seem to be young wolves, with better reflexes than mine!
