After an unavoidable delay, here is another freeware game offering for your consideration.
The game of the day is called "Stunt Playground."
"Kids used to lay out Hot Wheels tracks and shoot die-cast cars through 'em. The same concept is at work in this freeware game. Build the craziest stunt track you can imagine, and then drive a couple laps. If your insurance hasn't gone up by then, well... somethings wrong!!"

Drive on over to http://walaber.com/index.php?action=showitem&id=7 to experience the thrill of a lifetime, the ultimate in gaming excitement, the pinnacle of pleasure, and the most magnificent opportunity you'll ever have to play any game!!

(OK, I might have overdone that last, just a little....) lol

Nice one FreewareFan, this one sounds intriguing and appeals to the child that is still lurking beneath the surface. :), also nice to see you back; I hope the project you are working on is going well?

Things are starting to get organized over there, yes. Thanks very much for asking. And I hope you enjoy the game, it's good to let the 'child' out every now and again! :-)

We all missed ya, FwF. The quiet calm around here (disrupted only by several other link-crazy fiends) meant I was able to pare the number of uninstalled games on my PC down to 147. :-)

Regarding this latest discovery, the site wants to install an add-on - "Shell WebView Content & Control Library" from Microsoft. If anyone is concerned, check out -

RunesagaeMagi...... how come you had 147 UNINSTALLED games on your PC?? I'm getting to the point where I don't remember what does what on mine anymore!

I did make some desktop folders for all the shortcuts to help me out with all the different programs .. like Games, Unused Desktop, Old DOS games, Converting/Burning Movies, Remove Spyware, Photo Programs. Does help keep the desktop less messy and now I can find things!

Copmom, the end of my "day" apparently arrived prematurely. It's a time when my spasming braincells begin to grab incorrect words out of thin air to construct spoofs of FwF's maniacal quest for games. Rather than "UNinstalled", I should have used "not yet installed", as it'd be rather stupid of me to keep games I'd uninstalled, eh? :-)

The count is easy enough. I keep a folder for zips and "need2downloads", and only move them to individual folders under Games right before installing. The placeholder provides a tally of files inside.

As for forgetting what all the installed appls do, well, that's becoming an increasingly irksome vexation for me, too. As kindly forum folk continue to provide links to interesting software, and I keep installing interesting software, I am now forgetting what interesting software I have and what it will do. Although I've always partitioned everything into folders aptly named Games, Music/Sound/Vid, DTP, BizProgs, Security and Uts, that's no longer sufficient. I can stare at an icon and filename and have absolutely no idea when or why I installed it or what it does. This is my brain on overload. Blaming the confusion on others helps cover up the real culprit... AGE.

For reasons unknown, a nifty little spell appl disappeared from my tool bar. I had to wade through over a hundred nifty little UTS and BizProgs before finally locating the right folder and executable, cause I couldn't remember the bloody name - TinySpell.

You can read a short review from FreewareFans 9th offering by following the link below:

I don't claim it to be anything great, but it does include links to my photobucket account and to googled images of the game as well as information on how to playthe game.

Thank you for another decent freeware, though I've scored this lower than any so far (6.5), but that does not mean it's a bad game, just not as good as those already given away.

RM.. I am really laughing at your tiny spell program search! Earlier today my grandson sent me some pictures of his family from Okinawa, Japan, and I had to scroll left/right & up/down to see the dang things. They were huge. So I decided to save them and then to resize them. Went nuts trying to find that program. It's called Image Resizer Power Toy... forgot all I had to do was right click & highlight all the pics and the box popped up to resize all of them at once! DUH! I would think EVERYONE would reduce their pictures before sending them in emails!! Grrrrrrrr
I agree with your diagnosis.. age. I call it "old timers". Also, due to brain overload and multi-tasking!
