=============================================================================================================In reference to an excellent tale called "The Fisher King" ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0101889/ )
If you saw the movie, did you find out what the Knight (on the horse that shoots flames out of his nostrils) represents?
It's actually quite clever!

Brilliant Film - Still got it on an old video cassette. would love it on DVD. Great film. I think the knight represented several areas of the Fisher King myth re suffering and the holy grail etc. He was punishing himself for the loss of his wife who he saw die in the cafe shooting and had been helpless to help her, so he felt guilty.

Actually, Whiterabbit, the Knight and horse represents the memory of his wife's death that he has willingly forgotten/buried and when he is pursued by the horse shooting flames at him, it is because that buried memory of the event is coming back because of the love he feels for the awkward woman.
In turn, this awkward woman is "his" holy grail, the one that tears him out of his memory "hell".
Like I said earlier, brilliant!
