I have been hanging on to an old freeware version of this program. It is a keeper and would suggest this is one of the most useful tools you will ever come across.
I’ve been using version 3.1 of this program for over a year now after getting it as a giveaway on another website. It’s the best clipboard manager I’ve seen, at least for my not overly-demanding needs, partly because it is generally intuitive–meaning I don’t have to go running to the help file every time I want to do something. It just sits in the background collecting clips which I can retrieve any time I screw things up and need to start over again.
The reason I’m writing this note today is to say that I’m sorry that Softvoile didn’t decide to offer a half-price with future upgrades option (like many companies here do) alongside the free offer. I would have bought it in a flash.
Great review. Giveaway of the day for April 26, 2009 is: Clipdiary 2.1
