Sorry, but too many better mostly free tools, and you can’t “defragment” physical memory–it doesn’t fragment, Windows uses virtual memory. There’s the Windows Task Manager, Vista has an excellent Reliability and Performance Monitor, there’s MSConfig.exe, Microsoft Sysinternals Process Explorer, Process Monitor, and AutoRuns, AnVir (various versions) is a good all-in-one tool, my security suite has ten log viewers and twenty-five different readable log files, as well as various process and network activity monitors, Windows Defender has process and startup viewing and control, there’s Windows Services, Event Viewer, etc.
