So I download and activate Software from this site. How do I extract the license information in case I have to reinstall Windows, or if I move to a new PC? Is that possible, or is the license linked to this one machine on this one day?

I tried to install CDuke in rome on 17 november 2006 15:00 and the activate.exe said that wasn't possible to activate it because it was lake!
Did I make a any mistakes?
