What do I do with those .trp (or “TS”) files, created on PVR disks attached to set top box receivers? I would really love to have an app which converts them to “normal” AVI’s.
Installed, activated, registered and ran with no problems at all on Win7 x64. An almost bewildering number of conversion options (presets) which could be condensed down a bit as every type (PSP many versions, iPhone this version, iPod that version, etc, etc) still has an optional settings panel that can be brought up. Really appreciated the basic editing tools that are included. Threw three short avi’s in, merged, trimmed and converted in no time flat! Thanks to Aiseesoft and the whole GAOTD team for a fine utility!
Has a serious flaw in that if you have your computer personalized to have greater then normal font size (ie, 150%) then not all the menu options will show in the the program’s window. Since the window does not re-size, it is impossible to use. I was in the effects window and was unable to exit except by forcing the program to shut down with task manager. The “Close Window” on the task bar icon did not work.
So, needs some work still.
