seems like this is share ware or trial ware 6 months seems like a lot has changed at GOTD first the new interface which refuses to show oldest comments first now this, maybe I will just sign up for email updates, like all the other give away sites.
Might be a nice product but 6 months does not feel like it worth the damage to my registry

Good morning! We have been using this product for years with much success. It is easy to configure to the users needs. The price is 19.99 for 3 PC's which gives a clean download link which is how I always get it! I know that all software creators inflate their add prices and in the end settle for what they can get - free. Properly configured in full auto or for manual use any perceived error can be corrected with a flew clicks. Haven't experienced any!

I have done Online Tech Support for decades. We have used this for cleaning out the junk that builds in all "Win Installs" returning boot time to some thing reasonable! It is also excellent for preparing a PC for that Free Win 10 Upgrade. The failure rate for those I have given this approach to has been mostly due to a corrupted Win Install or hardware failure. ie Disk!

This is a good GOTD and gives a clean install the ability to use the full program, will still be there after that Win 10 Upgrade and if you like it great after six months you can pay the Piper. I have never seen this take a good PC and render it dead!

This is such a useless program. Personally, I avoid everything that IObit makes, as a precaution, because it avoids the problems best.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. And if you gonna fix something, do not use IObit!

This one of the better and perhaps more gentle of all the system cleaners out there. Yes, it does nag you (Henk Van Helmond) but you can turn off most of those messages. I have successfully used ioBit products for a long time now and reckon I will continue to do so.

Software price is not $49.99 as said on this page but $19.99 from the developer itself. Software is not a giveaway but a six-month month trial. Trial value is therefore not $49.99 but $9.99.

At that price, a GOTDer may wish to encounter product and producer but should first be aware of iObit's recurring license billing; the recurring complaints about that billing.

As far as ASC's performance is concerned, it -- like every other offering of this type, including those from Glary and Wisecare -- is nowadays as "advanced" as a horse-and-cart compared to the state-of-the-art Kerish Doctor, originally brought to my attention thanks to Giveaway of the Day and often mentioned on here by GOTD regular XP Man.

Though massively skeptical of all such programs, I've been running Kerish Doctor on not only friends' XP and Vista OS computers but also my own much more recent rigs. It is, simply, the best. Thanks, then, to XP Man for his highlighting of Kerish and thanks, too, to GOTD for first giving it the audience it so fully deserves.

As to today's six-month $9.99 iObit trial, no thanks.

any good app now days has a yearly subscription to it far as updates and such, but even after that 1 year, even, tho it is non-updateable, unless you pay, the rest of the program will work.

I too have been using the Kerish app too a previous GOTD that XP Man highlighted because it does do a fine job in some area's lacking in the IObit Product. My main stay here is the IObit product because my contacts have had great results with it and it is easier for the Novice to use IMHO!

Had this on my PC until I got fed up with it. Too intrusive, too many pop up messages.eg I do not need a pop up telling me how many seconds my computer took to boot every time it starts. Or the one that keeps saying I was unprotected without IObit malware protection, or or or. Too many pop ups where it's uncheck the box not to do or install something. In the end I uninstalled it. The annoyance has gone and subjectively the PC sees quicker.

if you are getting pops up from this program it is because you have it confiured incorrectly.....
