The suggestion by Tom Kisko doesn't work for me on my Windows 10 laptop. There is no "Password" option after drilling down as suggested.

Or you can do it from the command line...
open a cmd window with Windows Key + R and type cmd
Get a list of networks you've connected to with...
netsh wlan show profile
Then retype the previous command line and add the profile name (example: MyWiFiNetwork)
netsh wlan show profile MyWiFiNetwork key=clear
Look under the Security settings group for the field Key Content
Security settings
-----------------
Authentication : WPA2-Personal
Cipher : CCMP
Authentication : WPA2-Personal
Cipher : GCMP
Security key : Present
Key Content : MyCaseSensitivePassword>YoursBetterNotBe=PASSWORD

Steve R, astounding that a non-elevated user is allowed to glean that information using that command, it should really be restricted to elevated command prompts only.

You can see your wifi passwords via going to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks, select the network, and click "Show" next to the password.

Tom Kisko, Windows creates a profile for every network you've connected to via WiFi. You can back up the passwords for every profile using the following command at the Command Prompt, using whatever destination folder you want rather than C:\temp [right click the Start Button, select Terminal, & if it shows Windows Powershell on the 1st line, click the down arrow & select Command Prompt to open a new tab.]
netsh wlan export profile key=clear folder=c:temp
