Easy download and registration, but one problem with the converted movie (mp4, H.264). I use Plex. The converted movie no longer has subtitles available, whereas the original did. Is there a setting that allows the retention of subtitles, or is their loss normal with no means of correction?

I have tried to download the link 4 times to my email yet have not gotten anything. I have checked my spam folder but there is nothing there

Picked this up in a previous offer. Loved the program and ended up paying for the full version. It's good for ripping DVD's, downloading files from websites, and editing videos.

I purchased this program a few years ago, and still use it today. During that time, the author has kept the program up-to-date and has always been responsive to my questions. This is a totally worthwhile program.

Used this software before but currently no need for me to use an external DVD drive. Registered another product from Wonderfox Soft because of the quality and easy to use software. If people like this Giveaway they should consider to click on the blue text and buy a lifetime license.

On the website it says "Compatible with Windows Windows 11/10/8/7 and lower"
How low is lower? XP?

TK, they meant the software is compatible with Windows lower than Windows 7. Meaning it will work on Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000/Millenium. Thank you. Next time email support so they explain it to you.

TK, And you did try changing compatibility modes right? Because I have an old CD+G ripping software from 2001 working on Windows now like. Plus a karaoke creating software from 2011, working after changing compatibility settings.

TK, OK then, so why waste your time here instead of going to developer about this then? If you know so much, stop wasting my time or anyone else's just because you want to use a Windows that is no longer supported by Microsoft. If you can't bother to try something out like compatibilities to see if it will work, the stop you damn whining and move on. This won't get any more replies from me.
