Is it that after I download this program. I cannot install it on a later date when I'm ready to use it?

I keep getting the message "Failed to connect to server. Please try again later" pops up when I try to install.. I have been trying to install for about 15 minutes.. Same pop up each time.. Clean install of Windows 7 32-Bit - Any ideas?

Have downloaded a YouTube video, worked fine, then used the bonus feature of creating ringtones with Ringtone Studio (located at the top of the Wonderfox Converter window), and LOVE IT! Sure is easy. Very useful software, thank you for providing it for us!

I thought it was the HD Version. I uninstalled the 18.1 HD and installed this one only to realize that I lost some capabilities of the HD version.

Very fast.... But:
Started with a 47:40 minute video at 210 meg and trimmed off the first part so that the end video was 16:16 minutes and ended up at 733 meg! One-third of the play time with three times the disk size. WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe took a lot longer to execute, but ended up with the size at 296 meg. Interesting trade-off, but hard to understand. Any explanation? (.mp4 to .mp4)

Great and very useful software!

Whenever I load something, configure the desired settings and hit the run button, in an instant I receive an instant prompt to say "You are using the Giveaway version now" and zero amount of processing is done with an output file of 0 bytes.

A sure fire way to persuade somebody not to trust your brand or product.

But then it gets even worse.

I tried another file and another format and hit run again.

This time I am told that the file cannot be converted and recommends turning off GPU hardware acceleration, which seems like a joke.

So just what is this product?

It's name states DVD video converter but them states that it can download from websites.

Then, when you load the program, the interface is such that it clearly implies that it is also a video file converter.

But whatever it is and isn't, the vendor has done an excellent job of making itself and it's products completely undesirable.

And when the price is $59.95, for something in a very crowded and competitive market, it only serves to place itself towards the very bottom of any list for consideration.

Is this a fully functional version or is it limited in some way? I ask because when run it offers more for the purchased version (besides updates).

I get a 404 error when I try to download it, can you please check it?

Bought this software after trying it, and I have to say it was my go-to converter. But since upgrading from win7 to win10, it now clips off the last few seconds of every video. In the past I've had excellent customer support, but this time WonderFox didn't see the problem. So, guess what? Nothing was fixed and I still have the problem. It is no longer my go-to converter software.

I miss automated black border cropping, but I like the removal of copy protection. A keeper, thanks.

I tried to download youtube video. Well i pasted a link and let it anlyze. Result "Recommended download (640x360)" I selected from the dropdown menu 1920x1080 mp4 ofcourse but download fails everytime and i tried a lots of more videos. My connection is 100/10. Built-in player freezes the video once in awhile (sound is still playing).

On some downloaded programs, I’ve noticed that, if you download install file as a regular user but are prompted to add an administrator password, the icon for the program does not appear on user’s desktop. It is on administrator’s desktop. But program is under Program Files.
Go to Program Files or Program Files(x86), find folder. Executable file to open should be there. Right click on it and select ‘Send shortcut to Desktop’.
