I went to the developers site and downloaded the program. Then I was able to register the program using the Giveaway of the Day license key. Feeling stupid.

Downloaded the program using an email link. Ran the setup file. It shows as activated but it didn't appear to install the program. If it did I can't find it.

Flawless installation, right over the top of the previous version (17.0), and registered without a single hitch. I'm sure this new version works just as great, or better, then the previous version. Many thanks for offering this yet again, and with a Lifetime license on top of it all!

Doesn't actually install. After downloading and extracting the Zip file I run the "Setup" programme, it does something for a few seconds, gives me a message that it's successfully activated, but doesn't actually install anything.
Pretty disappointed after missing out on last weeks DVD Fab giveaway. :(

On launching the setup file a small window appears called Installer Language which remains in constant loop. It makes it impossible for me to install this giveaway.
Any advice on how to overcome this issue will be very welcome.

Install and registration went perfect. unlike DvDFab, everything went exactly as it should. Didn't really need the product
but you never know when the extra option might be needed.

Installed fine. Registered. Pulled out an old DVD to test. It took much longer than the 5 minutes claimed to process and then there were problems. While it was running, it was difficult to minimize to get out of the way. Once minimized - would NOT come up until completed. Popped up a window for full work stating it was a giveaway product -- even though it was registered - and wanted me to purchase it.
Then - a quick check of the mp4 that was created had the right length but repeated at least one section with no notice (cut off dialog mid-word before the repeat) and then just stopped before it was over.
I will be totally uninstalling the product.

I uninstalled version 8.8, I disabled Avast anti-virus, I tried running setup and got the error "Windows cannot complete the extraction. The destination file could not be created.
So now I have no WonderFox (not even a really old version).

This new version installed successfully, I did not first uninstall the old version (15.5) that I had but this old version was automatically removed during the installation process. No hitches, successfully registered. Thanks Team!

Will not install for me either. Just says Unconfirmed 155275.crdownload file! I'm NOT going to uninstall my previous version from 2019! Cause everytime I uninstall a program. The new version never works correctly. I'm running windows 10 laptop! Guess I'll stick with the older version I have! Sad!

Harleycat, Re "Unconfirmed 155275.crdownload file". the crdownload part of the message would indicate to me that the install file did not fully download. "crdownload" is usually part of the temporary filename while downloading which is changed to the actual filename after download is complete. Find "Downloads" in your browser menu or try CTRL+J and look at the info there. Might be able to restart the download from there.

It will not install for me - I have a prior version, should I uninstall that first. It just reports that it is activated and provides the reg code. The prior version is still there.

I forgot to disable shields in Avast, I did that and it installed. Gotta read the fine print in the bottom of the readme file!

Forgot to mention, Avast silently blocked the program installing, whereas in the past, it would give me a popup and audible warning. Also I did not need to uninstall the prior version I got from GOTD.
