Downloaded - disabled Avast temporarily - extracted to a new folder - ran setup - popup says activated - okd for windows 8.1 to install - error - drive or unc not available. After 5 attempts i give up. The 2018 version is still installed, so i still have that capability and satisfied with it.

This is good program for cleaning your PC. The Registry Cleaner is the best. I have been using it for years and never had a problem with it. Must have. IMO best system cleaner out there.

Used this for a number of years and have had no problems whatsoever. This free Pro version is an added extra. I had it installed in about one minute and did not have to turn off my antivirus. The only disadvantage with it is that you cannot update it but I am not too bothered about that. If you want updates you can always go back to the free version.

I use it in conjunction with the Windows 10 inbuilt cleaner at Settings > System > Storage > Free up space now

Thought I would add another comment. I have had trouble activating this program most of the day. Decided to attempt it one more time and it activated nicely and I have updated my previous version to this version. I have read some of the comments here and one of them mentioned they would deleting c-cleaner. I still use it. But wanted to make a statement that if you ever resort to using Wise Care 365 free, you definitely need C-cleaner as the free version of this program does not remove the privacy issues. So to remove them you still need C-cleaner does. Keep in mind, it is the free versin of Wise Care that doesn't remove the privacy issues. I have used Wise Care 365 for several years and the main feature of this pro version that I like is the Big File search and the Windows updates removal under Optimizing. Thank you GAOD.

I run setup, window opens states program activated but no install. This has happened a couple times???

When I try to install it says give away is over when there is 15 hours left. I shut off antivirus also.

Downloaded/Installed/Activated with no problems on my Win10x64 machine. Been sorta kinda looking for one of these for a few months now as I'm getting rid of Ccleaner. This appears to be a decent program after a short trial run through. Does the basic's very fast which is a big plus for me. Haven't had time to look under the hood as it were but will be tinkering with it a little in a bit. If I see anything outrageously terrible I'll come back and let you know. A keeper for me I think.

IMO: Wise Care 365 this is the best of the best. I've used this software for years and has never fail me. It cleans the junk from my system and doesn't harm any important flies like some other software cleaners I've used. You have complete control over what you want it to clean and not clean. Setup the way you want to, afterwards used the one click button and let it do it's thing, your done. The add-ons that come with it are very useful too. If you've never used Wise Care 365, try it. I know you'll like it! Thanks to GOTD and Wise Cleaner for the offer.

I cannot get the Pro version to install. All I get is the free program. I tried installing the "free" version, rebooting, and then trying again without any success.

Has anyone else had trouble activating this program? I keep getting "failed to connect" even with antivirus turned off.

One must be careful with programs like this. I never use the "PC Checkup" on the main screen as you cannot select individual items it deems need to be cleaned, it is all or nothing, and one should never allow that! I do use the second "System Cleaner" tab but never the Registry portion, only the Common and Advanced options. In this section you can see each individual item in the results and check/uncheck them accordingly to remove or not. I've also used things in the next 2 tabs, "System Tuneup" and "Privacy Protector" which have some good stuff. The last tab, "System Monitor", can help you to see what's going on.

This is a good program to have but use wisely (pun intended) and never give it carte blanche to just delete whatever it claims is an issue. I use Glary Utilities more often than this as I find it to be less invasive but I do have and use both programs on occasion.

I just purchased Win10 pro 64; I was able to get this program (earlier version) a few weeks ago via another website. I would now like to upgrade it to this version. I have downloaded the program; turned off web root and windows defender but each time I click on setup exe; it keeps informing me that give away of the day failed to connect.
I made sure that the previous version was not enabled too. I have made several attempts but cannot connect the
app to giveaway. I have installed this version on my lap top and my win7 pro and both installed perfectly with webroot activated and windows defender activated. So I feel that cannot be the problem. I have downloaded other programs via gaod and they all installed perfectly on this new system. I do not want to uninstall the current version that I have as I am afraid I will lose the program and I have used Wisecare now for over three years and have had no problem until today.

I have run into the issue. It will only allow me to install Software Informer. I redownloaded and same issue. I would like to try it out.

Keep away from Wise Care! I installed it and it told me of things that needed fixing so I let it fix. When it stopped I had only one or two desktop icons left, no taskbar, no system tray. There was no undo button so I went to ‘system restore’ to restore back. System restore appeared but was frozen, it would not do anything. So I rebooted, it got halfway into rebooting and then went back to rebooting again, and kept doing this — a loop. I could not get into Windows (even with Hiren's disc!) to try to put thing right.
Eventually a technician took a few hours to get me back into Windows (I did not want to reinstal ), I copied some things from a backup and had to reinstal some programs. Altogether a week's work!
I cannot list all of the 365 things that Wise Care messed up, but it was most of them! Beware!

A great non-evasive program that I run in the morning and again at night. It works well, and I have never had a single issue with it. Wise Care Pro can be used without worry of having it delete things you want kept. Thank you, GOTD.

I have had this programme a few times and every time i had it my photo's stopped working every time i tried to open a photo i got error messages. When i uninstalled it then everything went back to normal so will give this a miss i think.

The previous version works well. Thank you, GOTD.

Great program, had from a previous give way, win10x64 v.1903. After downloading and installing it registered itself.

Super program

After you install this you have the option to make a portable version. Just go to setting and click on "make portable version". It will save a zipped file to the folder of your chice.

I love this program - very useful. However, I hope that this version fixes an glaring issue that I had with ver 5.2.2 where the privacy protector feature didn't seem to recognize files from other HDDs. Only seemed to recognize files on my main OS SSD.
