Every day we offer FREE licensed software you’d have to buy otherwise.
Win PDF Editor 2.3 (Win and Mac) was available as a giveaway on March 10, 2015!
Win PDF Editor is a Windows PDF editing software product that lets you modify and edit PDF documents like adding text, removing unwanted content, drawing lines and rotating PDF pages. If you write text on the PDF, you can change the text font, size, color and move it to anywhere you want on the page.
After inserting an image into PDF, you can resize the image and move it also. If you find some words or images need to be removed, simply use the eraser tool to erase. Better than other PDF Reader applications, Win PDF Editor can permanently save the edited PDF content changes in PDF.

PDF To Excel Converter is a windows application to convert PDF document to Excel XLS format fast and easily. With PDF To Excel Converter, users will be able to edit their PDF forms in MS Excel in few clicks.
JPG To PDF Converter is a windows utility that quickly convert multiple images into a single PDF document. With JPG To PDF Converter users can create pdf files from image formats like JPG, GIF, BMP, TIF, PNG and PSD.
There are a lot of PDF files can not be printed or converted, that means those PDF files have been protected. PDF Password Remover is a shareware tool to remove PDF restriction from protected PDF files.
Can anyone explain why no one seems to be able to produce a free pdf editor that actually edits any pdf document? Every free "pdf editor" that I have ever downloaded has turned out to be nothing but an annotator. Surely there must be someone, other than Adobe, that can do this?

Hi guys! I installed on both partitions (Win 10 & Win8.1.2) The program comes up in both & it did open a number of PDF files - Saving the files was another matter - NONE of the files saved the changes that were made & it was very difficult to see changes - I need to get more versent in this before chopping it off altogether. So, I am going to give it a try over the next few days. For those that don't know - both of my partitions are physical & not virtual, so changes made "actually" effect my computer & I am not seeing any great changes in the reg - so Thank You GAOTD and Win PDF Editor for today's offering & I will see you tomorrow. Bye for now.

Does not edit. You can 'write on' adding lines, shapes and text boxes to a pdf but as an overlay.

The usual confusion here between PDF editor and PDF annotator. An annotator allows you to ADD things and then edit those additions. The additions are called annotations. An editor allows you to edit the original document, most notably the text. Many annotators are free. I don't know of any full editors that are free.

Kevin...Does 'Adobe Acrobat 8.0 Pro' allow editing of PDF docs? I clicked on the link you posted, but couldn't fathom a definitive answer.

Problems installing had to go companies website to download, that installed and registered without problems.
Downloaded and kept this the last time it was offered and have occasions found it useful as an “editor” in that it was possible to delete and to add text and simple graphics.
If I want to convert PDF files I have found that by far the best way is by means of ABBYY OCR.
This takes advantage of the fact that converting PDF to an image is very simple and then uses OCR to convert to an editable format.
In essence it is a useful program as a simple editor, it is pretty useless as a converter as are most programs and I will be keeping it, but I would not pay for it as it stands.

Successfully installed and registered on on a Windows 8.1 Pro 64Bit System.
A software with many options to "change/edit" a pdf document.
An intuitive software/GUI. Everything is right there, in front of you, when you open the document to be worked upon.
In the short Export to Word document test, a two page pdf document with one drawing was exported minus the drawing, to a Word document with a WordPad/NotePad look/feel.
You can only Edit (font/colour size ect.) what you add in, not the original contents.
Suggestions to the developer of this software, simple/intuitive as this software is...
1) Add a help file.
2) Enable editing of the original pdf document.
3) Enable creation of search index for pdf documents.
Thank You GAOTD and Win PDF Editor for this software.

You could try "printing to pdf" instead of saving the document. This I have found will recompile into a new pdf with all changes permanent and safe.

Hi tried a very simple thing: adding some text on top of an image-based pdf. Another editor I have handles this successfuly.
This doesn't. It doesn't operate in WYSIWYG mode, but after a couple of clicks offers a pop-up box. Entering text in this and closing the box leaves a small box with no text on it on top of the original pdf.
Finally, quitting the program produces the inimitable ungrammatical message:
'Are you sure to quit?'
I'm fairly sure, then, this is a Chinese authored program.

Installed and registered without problems on a Win 8.1.3 Pro 64 bit system. Many registry entries due to an old active-x : MSCOMCTL.OCX
A (Chinese? digitally signed Di Wu) company without name and address.
We had had a previous version Win PDF Editor 2.0.4 on January 4, 2014. Here are the old reviews:

Upon start a splsh screen give you the choice to "edit" a PDF or to convert.
For conversion from PDF to other formats, it uses the obsolete and never working EXE from 2006

As expected, the software cannot convert even simple PDF files. Useless! The default output is still : c:\output...

To the so called "edit" function. This is not editing the true PDF text, it is creating an image, which overlays the unchanged PDF content. If you "delete" something in the PDF file, it means an overlay of a blank text image. The text under the image can be read whenever you want:

Does what it claims? No, it isn't a PDF editor, in isn't a working PDF converter. Think what you want.
Uninstalled via reboot.
