failed on my attempt to add a simple diagonal text watermark with default text and settings and no adjustments and everything kept to default.
Threw up an error box on applying the watermark with the text:
"C:\Users\myusername\Pictures\2h30lrq.jpg
Value of '-300' is not valid for 'emSize'. 'emSize' should be greater than 0 and less than or equal to System.Single.MaxValue.
Parameter name: emSize"
No idea what it's complaining about there is no -300 parameter on any of the program settings so it's a bug of some kind. It invites me to cancel or continue (recommended) If I click continue it re-presents the error message and provides a copy to clipboard button and close. No output file is genreated. I was stupid enough to install over the previous giveaway of this but I never used it in earnest anyway so no great loss.

TK, figured out what the bug was... the default settings in the Advanced button windows Location Tab has values that do not adapt to the size of the image being watermarked!!!! Top defaulted to 800 pixels but image was only 500 pixels tall 800 -300 = 500
Stupidly if I select Percents instead of Pixels the values in the left right and top and bottom stay exactly the same!!! duh??? Come on this is an old bug dating back to before 2015 as previous giveaway has the same bug and produces the same error when using the Top of 800 when I loaded an image that was less than that tall!
These settings *should* adapt to each image being processed and convert seemlessly between percents and pixels for the margins based upon the images being processed OR they should default to zero margins unless the user explicitly changes them for any given image by pressing the Advanced button and manually setting a desired set of margin values!

Works fine on a Windows 7, 32 bit PC. I did not encounter any error by saving to My Watermarked Images experienced by the other person in these comments.

I downloaded the file and unpacked it. I run Setup.exe and no program version has been downloaded. Only the message that the program was activated was displayed.

I keep getting an error message when I try to add a watermark to any picture. it says: "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Could not find file 'C:\Users\Dave\Pictures\My Watermarked Images'.
I have checked and the folder does exist as the program creates it for me.
I am not sure what to do to make this program work. Please help....Dave

DAVE , you may try to rename the folder to My_Watermarked_Images so there is no spaces in the path name.

DAVE , the name and path (location) of your Pictures folder is fine. You don't need to change it. The "Open folder with watermarked images" link (that gear icon on the upper-right of the program's window) works AFTER you have successfully watermarked an image and saved it. You can choose the location/folder for saving at the last step in the watermarking process.
Re: UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: Right-click on the program's icon and click "Run As Administrator". If the error notice comes up again, click Ignore/Continue/etc.
This is an excellent program and worth these little headaches. Good luck.

DAVE , It is possible if you have Windows 10 that you have Controlled Folder protection enabled and the program has not been authorised to access C:\Users\Dave\Pictures and its subfolders when attempting to write files in there.
If this is the case you should have in Settings | Updates & Security | Windows Security | Virus & Threat protection | Ransomware protection, Manage ransomware protection. If it is On leave it on but use link "Allow an app through controlled folder access" then "+ Add an allowed app" first use "Recently blocked apps" and you may well find many more programs have been blocked without you knowing as well as this one by bytescout.
Hope that helps.
For your data safety you should leave controlled folder access protection enabled... it can be a bit of a pain when a new program does not have all the right settings and signatures to be trusted by windows on installation but only takes a little effort to manually white list the new application.
