I seen lot ppl had errors opening the giveaway version you must use the giveaway version and register it the same day ! I have been through it myself & what they giveaway is a old win 7 version & it does work great but don't try update it or it's no good ! You can buy a extra license as i had to do twice because of system crash & hard drive failure ! Just wanted share my info I love how easy it works !

Downloaded, installed, got the license. Program won't start.
W10, i7 processor, 16gig ram.
Installed 2nd time from link in email. Program won't start.
Tried to run as administrator, same results. Program won't start.

I installed this software and put in the license key . Then when I restarted my computer and open it . It said my trial expired on Oct 29. I put in the same activation key and it said license key error! Don't know where to post it

Windows 11 Home: Program does NOT start. Previous version worked just fine. Others trying to "update", keep you're older version!

Installed and clicked on run icon. Computer does nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled and no action when I click on the icon or click on the apps link for program.

Doesn't work with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, as vTubeGo stated. Error message, api-ms-core-path-l1-1-01.dll is missing. Did a System File Check and everything was fine. No corrupt .dll files.

VTubeGo Team, tag line above states "Download videos from all trending video & music streaming sites and platforms!" are you claiming Netflix is not a trending video streaming platform? Seriously? Also where max resolution for content is only 720p or any of the lower SD resolutions that your program will refuse to download the best of the available resolutions? The description seems to state it ONLY downloads FHD 1080p or above which seems a bit counterproductive for content that was digitised from SD PAL/NTSC recordings from last century and was never produced in FHD or better! Also can your program download Audio in the native format of the files on the site like with youtube specifying AAC in a M4A container? re-encoding the AAC into 320K MP3 will both reduce quality as MP3 encoding is LOSSY even at 320Kbps and result in a bigger file, both undesirable! It would be much better to just download the AAC soundtrack and copy it into an M4A container, playable on Android, iOS and windows and MacOS and only convert to MP3 IF it's going to be played on legacy equipment that does not support M4A of FLAC.
