so far i can only download one episode per season and it fails all of the rest

Our software requires Netflix Video to be playable on your computer. So, please make sure the songs can well play or download them in advance.
Please ensure your Netflix Video session has not timed out. This means you need to be actively logged into your Netflix Video account for the process to work.
Please completely turn the firewall and antivirus software off, then try to relaunch our software again to see if it works.

I have the licence code, downloaded the netflix video downloader, comes up on screen I have successfully downloaded the program and then,,, nothing, program doesn't run, no way to enter licence code, gave up after repeated attempts
