Vidmore, I have tried multiple times this has been offered to get the license key but says I've used up my allotted one time use. I have YET to EVER get a key for this software in all the times its been offered!!! Has anyone else had this problem?

Linas Peckus, do you use a VPN to access the net? If so there is a strong possibility someone else used the same VPN server exit point to request a license key during the giveaway especially if the VPN was installed from a giveaway in the past... IF this is the case switch off the VPN and re-request. If you are not using a VPN but are assigned a dynamic public IP it is possible though less likely your current public IP number was assigned to someone that requested a license key in the past (your time) 12 or so hours. Solution unplug *DSL or cable modem connection and get assigned a new dynamic public IP number... Other possible solution is to use smart phone using mobile data NOT WIFI as that would have same public IP as your PC and request the license key using mobile datas public IP which is not fool-proof as often mobile data is NAT'd and all mobiles are on a 10.x.x.x subnet and the same public IP number. Really no modern service should be blocking based on IPv4 as numbers are reused for so many reasons it is unreliable and just ruins the services reputation. They should only filter based upon static IPv6 addresses IF at all!
There are other potential causes such as HTTPS proxies, SOCKS proxies even other family members making a request on the same internet connection! Which SHOULD NOT BE BLOCKED!
It's not as if this screen recorder is much more than any other it being an unattributed FFMPEG GUI plus a few bells and whistles, it's not like it's ALL their own work that needs to be protected as if it's their blood sweat and tears when it's millions of open source developers hours not given credit or their license observed and a few hundred dev hours of their own to bolt the stolen Intellectual property together.

Vidmore Studio, you should not be blocking two or more requests from same public IP there are far too many legitimate reasons why requests might share same public IP number and should never be blocked based upon IPv4 public IP number. Start with the simplest: User tries one email address and nothing arrives at that email providers email inbox or spam folder for an hour or so, so they try a different email provider from same public IP number because your script based email sender is spammy looking and is just plain blocked by some email providers. At no point should the second attempt or any further attempt with a third of even forth email provider from same public IPv4 number be blocked. Another scenario, assuming the license key you provide only allows a single activation, the end user may have several PCs they want to install the giveaway on... nothing in the giveaway Ts&Cs limit the end user to a single instance installation. In addition members of a whole family may share the same public IPv4 number and want to participate and should not be blocked from participating! Then there are Dynamically assigned IPv4 public IP numbers and VPN endpoints that are shared by thousands of end users. Blocking based on public IPv4 number is just so 20th Century, the internet has moved on IP numbers are shared and EMAIL is UNRELIABLE as a communication medium you should be displaying the license code on the thank you screen of the form not hoping your email sending script conforms to strict RFC* documentation and does not look like SPAM in the headers to strict email service providers.
