The quality of the video is excellent.
The problem is that there is no way to change the encoding of the subtitles and I get gibrish.

I have just written this to support -
I just installed the Giveaway of Vidmore Player
I had one of the JavaScipts disabled (NoScript extension had 2 enabled, and one disabled).
So my request for key did not work.
I then disabled NoScript, and tried again, but got your message that IP was already used.
Can you help ?

i'm trying to download Vidmore player 1.1.30. when downloaded i ask for a licence and they answer that i can't have cause my ip as been use before, and that is not the first time it happened to me.Is there free programmes that we can't have download because we downloaded an other before from that compagnie.If so you shoud say that this programme is available only to people that didn't download at this companie before. I come every day to your site,because we find sometime very good programme for free ,and i apreciate very much your what you do for us.But I would like that the compagnies would be honnest in telling us that they just want us to buy the programmes.Thanks for your understanding.

After filling in their form, I got the message that no key could be sent because I already requested one with the same IP. This was astonishing because I just logged in a few minutes before, I get a new IP on every login and I definitely did NOT ask for a key for this giveaway before (though I might have downloaded an earlier version long time ago, don't remember). Then I tried again with a freshly switched on computer, with new IP, with a different email address - and with the same error message. I think they simply are not in a giveaway mood today.

It is only good for physical media, I guess, once there is no support for HEVC/H.265.
