Please read this guide if you are not sure how to register the software.

Vidmore, I never received any e-mail, even though the web-page said, that the mail was successfully send. I have been waiting about 18 hours now. And yes, I have checked spam filter etc.

In this senior citizen household, self curated dvds are treasured but software to make them has been elusive.
One old favorite hit the trash bin when it started constantly calling home. My current program is ancient but reliable.
Nevertheless, I'm always on the lookout for a better product. This looks very promising.
Installation was easy and the program seems intuitive. Looking forward to giving it a try.
My only criticism at this time is the lack of simple, conservative solid color menu. Of course, I can build my own.

DVD occasional backup still an option for REAL tech savvy folk, and this Vidmore program is fine for that when, as most do, you buy an external DVD/CD player, under $20; worth it for all but faux 'experts' like yourself

The long and short of it is that DVD discs are the cheapest, *local* long term storage available, with the best longevity to boot. That said, they still sell tons of video DVDs, and while video Blu-ray isn't as popular [because of Heavy DRM?], they provide the highest quality video [in terms of bit rate] you'll likely be able to get your hands on. As far as many PCs & laptops not including optical drives, they cost money, not just for the drives but the added engineering and manufacturing for the case, so not including them increases profits.

You also explained why this product exists when you stated "since most PCs and laptops." Until ALL PCs and laptops, even those still being used that were sold years ago, no longer have optical drives, you shouldn't make such a comment as you did. When that does happen, we will anxiously await your next comment.
As for myself, I still use DVDs, and just ordered a new Blu-Ray writer after wearing one out, plus a 100 pack of blank disks. Vidmore DVD Creator is exactly the type of program I use.
If no one needed the Vidmore DVD Creator, I am sure Vidmore would know, and thus not even offer it any longer.
By the way, I have been checking out Windows 11, been using Windows 10 and Windows 7, and even have Windows XP operational. None of the programs I use on any of those machines are obsolete. I also have lots of computers that I could boot up going back to CP/M, DOS, and Windows 1.0 (all working).
There is no way for you to know what everyone else is doing or using or needs or why.

mike, Why would you still make a trouble burning DVDs if there are (Medion) 2K, 4K flatscreens that can record programs on an external 1T SSD!
