I went to look for the offered special deal to get the full lifetime version at 65% off... When I try to purchase, it is asking for the full price. The page your link takes me to, says it is $29.95 but it doesn't work, when using the "Buy Now" button... Seems like an old page from 2023...
Can anyone assist? I'm seeing no response to ANY questions being asked.

There is no activation code entry facility. Where can I find it so that the product can be activated before the activation code period expires?

Win 10. Browser Vivaldi.
Program Installed OK (Custom installation). Ran Program. Entered valid email address (inappropriate since I didn't get the licence code by email). Copied Licence Code from downloaded licence file) & pasted into box. Clicked 'Activate' which doesn't become available for selection unless an email address is present. Busy Cursor for some time, then a window appears titled 'Attention' containing icon including triangle with red exclamation mark and the words 'Connection Closed'.
At bottom of window the only available option says 'Done'.
I've tried three different email addresses with same result.

This program installed and registered without problem. I started a test of a half-hour video and left for a few hours. When I returned The program had stalled at 1% and the remaining time was continuously increasing, adding a day every 10 minutes.

Gary, the program using GPU Intel or Nvidia is extremely slow... It's got a fairly good youtube downloader that's quite fast and auto-updates the open source components... but that's not supposed to be it's USP, despite the hardware detected is supposed to be able to handle 4k and 8k upscaling the program only offered me x2 scaling and was sooooooo slow I always ended up cancelling it a couple of percent in after what seems like ages, tried AI enhancing too and interpolating, my conclusion is domestic single GPU engine based AI models are just too underpowered to both be useful speed wise and with quality improvement over player upscaling on the fly.

Bought a licence for VideoProc Converter a couple years ago. They have been very good about improving their software issuing updates without charging me any extra. It works for me and so I would recommend it.

Can't get this to install. I'm on Windows 11 & don't have problems installing other programs. I have unzipped the file & tried to run several times, also deleted & started over. Message is: "The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b)."

This software to trim a video even under normal settings - the output file size is very large.
How do I handle this? Thank you

Siva, the really perfect tool for trimming, splitting and merging is LosslessCut and it's free.

Siva, uncheck the box "Use High Quality Engine" to reduce the file size using the same settings. If you are using "Default" for output settings, you may move the slider towards your left side to "Fast" to reduce the file size further

FYI, this seems to be only the Windows version. I purchased this product for my Windows machine, but have to buy separately for Macs, so I usually just update my Mac when it comes out on a giveaway like this. But today's giveaway seems to be only for Windows, unfortunately.

VideoProc Converter AI does work using Windows 7 if your using a updated GPU hardware. That being said, I'm guessing Windows 8 and 8.1 would work too. Thanks to GOTD and VideoProc Converter AI for the offering.
