Is it just me, or do each of the re-encoded output frames all lool like they've been seperately painted using some type of quite abstract style or method of painting?
My father (sadly now deceased) was one of Australia's top main cartoon animators all throughout his adult life and worked for numerous different animation companies, including (just to name a couple) Hannah Barbera Inc. and Walt Disney Animation Studios!
So to me (in my personal opinion, having grown up living with a cartoon based animator), in order for the re-encoded output images to look like a genuine animated cartoon (or at least a classic style hand drawn animated cartoon anyway), the imagery really needs to have at least some degree of visible outline type lines around the people and objects... then coloured in inside the lines in some type of way so as to produce the cartoonish looking output that is personally desired.

I'm afraid I couldn't get it to produce anything that looked like a cartoon. Only blurred or incredibly fractured pictures.

Hi. Interesting software but unfortunately i tried with 5 videos and none was successful converted. Or the vidoe has bad frames (they work perfectly), or the software display crash messages ;(
Anyway, ty for your giveaways. I'm always interested to discover new softwares.

fred, try longer movie segments. Too small segments tend to generate this error.

It took over an hour to convert a 20 sec video and the quality wasn't good.
