Downloaded and install on win10 system.
No problems.
Run a scan and no problems found. Seems like useful piece of software.
One small problem, it appears to clash with Kerish Pc Doctor, Pc Doctor reported some issues, which i think were caused by it reading information embedded in Unhackme. All in all a keeper.

I tried this software several years ago and found that it slowed the computer down a good bit. Is this still a problem with the newer release. I have found that Gratis software is very good and use several of their programs.

Todd Bicker, first I had issues with the download (404 was displayed), then I found out that our firewall blocked the download. After we allowed the access, the software is running well on Windows 11 PC. Unhackme verison is: GiveawayOfTheDay Edition - 16.70 Build: 1127. For the time being, everything looks fine.

Todd Bicker, yep, previous versions, it's a tool that you NEED expertise to use effectively, problem is if you have the expertise to use it you will find it unnecessarily scare mongering since it does not bring malware to your attention but just lists everything and you get information overload. Far better to use traditional high quality anti-malware that actually DETECTS malware and then provides recommended actions. IMHO. But then again I don't get malware infections as I don't go opening email attachments without thinking first or force my systems to remain unpatched in some vain attempt at managing privacy settings and preventing an update inadvertently? reverting a hacked privacy choice in the future.

Todd Bicker, 20 years ago this was a great little anti-rootkit program to keep in my arsenal just in case of a problem. But it got expanded and now it is just a big mess. They added a horrid GUI that is very confusing. Personally I removed it from all my rigs and would not touch it ever again. Last time I tried it a few months ago It removed a bunch of stuff and I had to do a reinstall to get my computer working again. My advice is to tread with extreme caution.
