When I try to register the program it tells me the email address is not compatible with your license email. What do I do to register the program?

If I had the funds for a Lifetime license of Epubor Ultimate eBook Converter, I would buy it no questions asked.
I am going to install this to my PC, I do not agree with the idea of a vendor, whether it is a huge bookseller or online mega-corporation being able to strip the license for my books I have paid good money for. People have been banned by the biggest one on Earth for simply moving from the UK to Norway, lost their account and all books, but they eventually won their lawsuit against the big a** company. I want to have control over my downloaded books, after all I have control over where I spend my money to get them. I do not want the books held prisoner due to "Digital Rights Management" working in the favor of the Seller, and it makes me feel secure as a buyer. Once I have made a archive copy of my book, I feel 100% justified in reading what I paid for, how I want to read it, and not subject to a corporate policy. Humans make mistakes, we should not need to use lawyers to buy a book and read it on a screen of our choice. My book, my when and My How! Thanks Epubor. Merry Christmas!!

I installed it, and can see the icon on my desktop, but when I click it, nothing happens -- nothing launches. I've checked Task Manager, and it's not running.

Installed this program from giveawayoftheday last year. License had expired and product was uninstalled. Today's giveaway now says "This registration code is not compatible with your e-mail address". Be aware that if you have taken advantage of previous giveaways from this software company, today's giveaway will probably not work.

I had a previous version installed and have installed this new giveaway without any problem.

After others said they were successful in registering the program, I gave it another try. Although I am still getting a "renew" prompt, the program appears to be working. Problems aside, This is by far the BEST EBook conversion program around and one of the few programs I would be willing to pay for. Thanks as always Giveawayoftheday.

Could not install. Show "Error launching installer" after running Setup.exe, Windows 10 system.

The readme file states "Run the program and enter the registration info in the pop-up at the program start." I never got a pop-up to enter any information. The program shows that it is registered to Giveaway of the Day but I can't find anywhere to enter the registration code.

For the type of people who pay books with DRM but doesn't want to pay for removing that DRM...
The 1 year license is a lifetime license = lifetime license of the books I can not buy (or pirate) DRM-free.
By the way Epubor, if your software was DRM-free, i would definitely buy it at the full price. ;)

Anonymous, your comment was gibberish to me. If you buy a book protected by digital rights management technology, you don't necessarily need to remove it if all you want to do is read it as the seller intends. However, bear in mind that with DRM, you don't actually own the book so the seller can (and I have read of Amazon doing this on Kindles) take it back when it is on their device. Removing DRM allows you to claim your purchase like you would a hard copy and move it to a safer place for permanent digital storage in the format of your choice. Or, I think you can print out the book, but these days it's so much more convenient to store in a small USB stick!
