I tried getting into their web site about 8 am....no luck. Tried again early this afternoon and again still no luck. I
have tried again, now 11:00 pm and still nothing happens. I can't even get on their site without using the order/ redemption etc part but still no luck.

I get "Error establishing a database connection" when I enter the address found in the downloaded text file.
Looks like there are some problems that need to be fixed for this offer.
I only have 2 hours to download the file(s) and can't download at the oment due to an error so I hope this offer is repeated in the near future.

Ok. I was able to create an account and have downloaded several motion backgrounds and effects. Yes, you often get a database error but I found that if you click refresh...sometimes once, sometimes more...it will eventually download. It's a shame only 2 of the "clubs" are available but the stuff I've acquired so far is pretty decent...and no, you don't have to download everything. You just pick and choose the ones you want.

Okay. I created an account and it "seems" to be working. The website is very slow...like trying to run in a deep diver's suit at the bottom of an ocean of molasses. But it does get there, eventually.
It's a very new company by the sounds of it, so hopefully it will get better. I was welcomed as a "founding member"..so, yeah. Fingers crossed! At least, in this instance, it is free. The membership can be "upgraded" to "unlock all the features"... I'll wait 'n see if the site improves..

Also, does the library work with only select video editors or is it pretty open as if you were picking a clip or effect from your hard drive and completely independent from the editing product?

Is the effects library access limited to a certain amount of time or is it full access but no upgrades or support (the latter is what it sounds like from the terms but I just wanted to be sure).

Meir , You create an account - when you eventually get in... The license says "Lifetime", so it should be just that, once you have an account. You are supposed to be able to view all the effects and backgrounds available to you, but be aware the site is still having problems. V.E.R.Y. slow and sometimes goes to an error with the database... it's a new company, I reckon... I eventually got in and was welcomed as a "founding member" so that says a lot. Hopefully they will iron out the bugs. I am yet to be able to download anything; as it still goes to a database error or takes an eternity to do anything. Good luck.

This looks great!
Too bad I keep getting errors. Database errors persist for the last few hours, and even the link sent to my email acts funny (it leads to a 404 error if clicked, but if right clicked & then select "open in new tab it works!). Same thing on both my desktop and laptop computers.
Ill keep trying throughout the day and hope it heals itself.
