Easy to activate and install. So far, I'm impressed.

I hope it will be a lot easier to use and have a substantially lower learning curve, than ClipaVu. The programs seem intended to do similar things. ClipaVu might be great but it seems to have quite the learning curve. I am too time crunched to spend a lot of time learning how to use a program that is supposed to save me time.

This seems to be a rather unique tool but I'm curious why no one has brought up the question of security? I mean just briefly scanning the supporting website I pulled out quote, "This clipboard history is always at hand, since the program keeps a complete log of all operations. All previously pasted data can be pasted through the TwinkiePaste menu".... Now maybe I'm taking it out of context but isn't this one of the biggest concerns as far as computer safety goes now days? I mean is this software TRULY logging everything we do on our computer? Can we be sure it can be shut off when we want it to be? I mean also it is a Russian company, not that there's anything wrong with that except for if the government of Russia is as sneaky as we found out the US Government is, think Snowden, and put some sort of backdoor(s) in the software, I certainly don't want someone accessing all of my banking, personal info, or really anything that I'm doing on my computer.
I'm not fluent enough to know whether this is truly safe or not. I'm just wondering if there are those among us who are in the know that can say, "Yay" or "Nay" on safety and hopefully their reason why before I feel safe utilizing a tool such as this.

Today's comment are bothersome so I looked up the last time this was offered here 2 years ago. The comments are amazingly similar - problems with registration and high CPU usage among them. It appears that the developers didn't listen last time if the frustrations are still the same. I'll pass.

It does what its supposed to and it doesn't appear to slow up my pretty slow machine so A+ for that.

There are a lot of things this can be used for besides copy & pasting phrases such as taking you directly to links that you may have stored. Its is worth exploring.

My one HUGE reservation is this (Unless someone likes to correct me) If, for example you change some settings like the keys to call up this utility and you do it wrong I can see no way of setting the program back to 'as before' or even its original settings, and I think that is an omission. This matters because its actually quite a joy to use and experiment with.

Making alterations is a bit like walking a tightrope - just hope you reach the other end unscathed.

Shame about the registration process though.

Since I installed it a couple hours ago, till now - my laptop fan wend mad - constantly running at high speed.

I checked Task Manager, and the CPU was always above 70%. TwinkiePaste using that much of CPU power.

i downloaded and installed. there is no icon in the system tray. so i cannot activate nor use the program. also in the list of installed programs it does not show up.

Registration very difficult. Directions not clear, files not where they said to look. Constant popups get in the way, sound affects are seriously annoying. Sometimes I can make a new clip and sometimes it won't take. It may appear there but doesn't print. The complexity and learning curve make this program unusable - especially when one can get the very easy Phrase Express for free.

Have I downloaded a different program ??

I installed, then followed instructions in read me, never even saw key !!!

"To activate your free copy right click the TwinkiePaste icon in system tray. Choose menu command "Enter License Data";
select "Get License From ZIP-file" and choose the file called "GOTD2017_LicenseKey" (included in the archive)
and press OK."
Obviously you don't need to open the zip file with license key, just select it !!

With GREAT difficulty I registered.
WHY is the reg process so ridiculously hard.
Many will give up trying and, trust me, I came close.

And updates for FREE until Dec 2017?

I realise comments should be about the program but many wont get that far and the makers of this offering need to know that.

If all the reg processes were that time consuming I would not be using this site.

Very complicated verification process. Ias this a clue to how easy the program willo be ti use. Actually could not enter the kazillion character key using Control C and control V. A waste of time?
