Turnpike to Outlook Transfer 5.4.1.2 was available as a giveaway on February 2, 2021!
Turnpike has been a reliable e-mail client since 1995, but it's discontinued now. So, how do you migrate to Outlook with the least pain? The answer is Turnpike to Outlook Transfer software.
This simple tool does the job you would spend weeks on in just a few minutes. It automatically recognizes the modified Mbox format of Turnpike files and extracts all the data from it including attachments to Outlook. You only need to create a separate PST file for that. The best part is the entire process is automatic and simplified to literally few buttons. No chance to get lost or get the transfer wrong, no matter what skills you have.
Windows 10/ 8/ 7/ Vista/ XP; Microsoft Outlook v.2000-2019 for Windows (standalone installation, at least one local user profile should be configured). Source files: Berkeley mailbox format files *.txt

Cloud based email conversion software which handles multiple source email and mailbox formats and provides fast automatic conversion to Outlook PST file with seamless experience. Cloud email converter may import: EML, MSG, Thunderbird, IncrediMail, Mac Mail, The Bat!, Gmail (Google takeout), MBOX, MBX, Entourage, Turnpike, Netscape, Postbox files to PST format without even having MS Outlook installed.
Notwithstanding that this program is free today, I don't understand how a company can normally charge $24.95 for a "one off use" piece of software to fix a defunct program.

James, there are still people using Turnpike and considering whether to migrate to Outlook. With this program installed they don't need to do that yet. I'm going to use it to migrate my Turnpike archives.

James: Using that logic, why would someone pay money to repair a one-off part on their car if their car was no longer being produced? A pointless comment, to be sure.

Nate, you don't get it clearly. My point is not: Why would someone pay to to repair a one-off part if you are going to scrap the car next week, which is the counter argument to yours. The program is defunct. To use this software offered (according to the software developers own spec) you require Outlook. But if you are happy to spend this money for what appears to be a few minutes work then go ahead.

James, the main purpose of the program is the conversion to Outlook but it also allows to extract the Turpike emails into separate EML files which can be easily imported manually into Live Mail, Mac Mail, Thunderbird, IncrediMail, MailBird, The Bat! and many other email clients. EML extraction works well without Outlook. I can't agree that program defunct, it is great helper for thos who want to migrate from Turnpike.
