Under the Digital Millennium Copyright act, it is illegal to remove copyright information. I wonder what the creators of this software would think if it was pirated.

Followed readme instructions several times but no program is actually installing on my (win10) PC. Why?

It won't install, but then offers 'software informer' (which I don't want), then brings up a web page saying it was successfully installed.

I actually tried to BUY "Leawo Blu-ray Ripper" and used the code "0424_BD" for a 30% discount and it will not recognize the code. SO..............not going to pay $99 for something I can find another way to convert. Nice try, Leawo.

TomSJr, I tested the code and it only works on the 1 year version, not the lifetime one.

ok, what gives!! Downloaded and installed Tunescopy, tells me installed finished, filled out the info and received code. Then I went to open Tunecopy to insert code and it tells me that it was never installed

Installed fine with the registration code. But the program did not import 99% of my iTunes content. Even when I was signed in with iTunes. It did recognize only 1 movie and 1 TV show I had on iTunes. As a test tried to convert those. Then the program said "error".

Simple, easy interface, but it did not work for me.
I'm using Windows 7.

Just tried to use the coupon code for Prof Media (0424_BD), it didn't work. Leawo products are pretty good. However, just yesterday I used WinX MediaTrans for the first time. I'm moving everything from Apple to my own music storage again because Apple Music is a crock, but I digress. MediaTrans is much faster than this TuneCopy, and I mean way faster. Anyway, TuneCopy does what it says, but you can get MediaTrans free (google mediatrans free, second link) and I think you'll enjoy it more.

Was wondering if it removes any DRM or just the ones linked to my account because basically I can play my stuff already.

I have a feeling that if GOTD gave away lifetime licenses, some would complain that the license isn't fair because it doesn't get passed down to their Grandkids. A year is a nice amount of time to try out any app or program. After that, if you like it you buy the license. Pretty simple concept actually. Anyway....Installed without problem on Windows 7 Home Pro 64 bit. Thank you, GOTD.

Scott, the concept is "pretty simple", but it doesn't cover the meaning of "giveaway". It is mostly a concept for shareware with extended trial period.

Scott, where a product is only available on a subscription basis it is begrudgingly acceptable to be given a "giveaway" (read free rent) of a reasonable period of time of at least 1 year but where it is also available as a lifetime license the proper route that is compatible with what giveawayoftheday.com claims to offer is the lifetime operational license, but with no automatic entitlement to free future updates/upgrades as stated in GOATD terms and conditions. This is NOT sharewarefreetrialoftheday.com and some license can be handed down to our Grandkids subject to the vendor implimenting a giveaway specific DRM build or not.

giveawayoftheday.com is a pretty simple concept and Scott you may not understand it and think it's just an extended trial site, it is not. The original concept is you get the fully licensed product that you would have otherwise had to pay for for the lifetime of your windows installation. When you re-install or buy a new machine if the giveaway items were indesensible or useful enough to miss on the new systems then you might choose to buy yourself new licenses to continue using them.
