I am always greatful and thankful for Sofware from GAOTD but it seems that lately, there is always a 'glitch'. Am I off base here?

It downloaded fine, registration was simple. I don't use iTunes, but I am an Audible member and wanted this for that, iTunes is required for this program to even open, so I now downloaded another program to my computer that I don't use. As for Audible, it took the file and converted it with no problems.

Incompatible with Win 7, Program says it's Successfully Installed, and Returns to Web Page Thanking me for Installing it. Doesn't install, all portions removed - Bad Install Setup.
