I couldnt download any torrent which another service can download within a day. Maybe because users upload so many torrent for test purpose, its torrent client is banned by some trackers.

I have a lifetime subscription with furk.net. Basically they download any torrent on my behalf at breakneck speeds, then I just download it as a normal http download. According to the reviews here, torrentsafe could learn a thing or two from furk.net

Not so anonymous! I tried one file size of 8GB. Found 149 seeders and it started, status changed to "working" but it was complete after 6 minutes. I downloaded the file to my computer in 27 minutes. I did check the link address and it says,
"https://s7.torrentsafe.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/filename is here?nc=xxxxx" x stands for numbers and letters. I hid them on purpose. Your isp can see what you are downloading!

I downloaded a small file with my torrent client. It took 1 minute 40 seconde to download.
I tried to download the same file with TorrentSafe Premium. After 2 hours it was still writen "working". We not see the progress. No indication except "working" . I tried with other files --> the same. A tutorial with pictures or video will be welcome.

For now I prefer to stay with my usual torrent client and the free CyberGhost (VPN), so I can see the progression of download and control everything.

Maybe, if we can have explanation of TorrentSafe Premium, I'll come back to it

Those who can’t access torrents perhaps should try proxies. Those who worry about being traced thru payment data, provided the service doesn’t keep records of downloads as it says, they can’t be sued, as not all torrents are illegal.

However, from the comments so far, though this service is a good idea in theory, it doesn’t seem to work well in practice. This also raises doubts as to what else can go wrong, e.g. anonymity not preserved. Furthermore, downloads not completed within 24 hours are deleted, which is premature for torrents.

Consequently, until this service is fixed, it would be a better solution to get a reasonably priced VPN service and use a free torrent client, with full facilities as bonus.

Going by all the negative comments on this giveaway, it might be better to just go with a seedbox rather than a service like this.

I got TS from another giveaway site about a month ago. At first everything was great. I had several files that finished and then downloaded to my computer just fine.

Now I have (or had) 6 files sitting on the site and have only been able to get one of them to download. Two of the files had the "Playback" button visible but they wouldn't play either. I think retention is 7 days for premium so those files are probably gone by now. I can't check on them this morning because the site just says "Working..." (and now appears to have crashed).

Another problem is that if a file fails to complete, it's going to disappear after 7 days. I had 4 or 5 files that didn't complete and I forgot the file names. Using TS, I'd have to make a note of those file names so I could maybe find another tracker or something later on. Pretty inconvenient considering you can get back to a "stuck" file any old time with a torrent client.

I searched the site and FAQs and found no explanation as to why some files won't download after they complete; why some of the completed files have playback and others don't; why some files fail to start or to complete even though there are plenty of seeders. Is it because the site can't handle the traffic as it become more popular?

A month ago, I'd have given TS a "thumbs up". Right now, I'd have to give it a "thumbs down". I probably have about another 5 months left on "TorrentSafe" premium. If it starts working properly, I'll buy a subscription. If the current performance is all I can ever expect, forget it.

I suspect that Windows Defender is deleting the setup file because it has the world 'torrent' in it. Maybe. At any rate, after downloading again, all I have is a txt file.

uTorrent basic is free, fast, small footprint and has been around for years

By any normal means, no significant public torrent sites can be accessed by any subscriber from any major UK ISP and it’s been that way for a long time.

The service is too buggy. It works on private tracker like TPB and the download progress bar doesn't progress in real time. It claim to seed completed torrent for 24 hour but I really doubt they did. The service is too vague their FAQ barely answer anything while their customer support almost non-existent.

What I can say for sure is that it DEFINITELY doesn't works with private tracker tried a couple and show no progress.

Might be worth a try since it was free but definitely not a service which worth paying for, no, not for me at the very least.

No problem activating, but when I tried to download torrents nothing happened, nothing downloaded. Firewall access checked andeverything okay, guess it's just another GOTD waste of time.

Refuses to work. VERY buggy software. Stick with the FREE known working clients, don't bother with this one.

activation went fine but when I tried to download a torrent it started and then said I had no downloads. I clicked on my downloads it was there but seemed to start from scratch again. after this repeated like 4 to 5 times I gave up

Utorrent downloaded the file in 1.36 min torrent safe never (ever again)

Maybe it shows 0% and then 100% progress when it finished without intermediate values, or it simple doesn't download, i tired a few magnet links and didn't see any download progress. Wonder if anyone could download any torrent with it.

Not sure if your other software suppliers are so happy with this kind of services. Yes I know, there are tons of legit reasons for using a torrent but we all know that is not why most people use it

I'm generally interested in this one, but as I can't even go to The Pirate Bay anymore (here in the UK) as my ISP blocks it amongst most websites that use torrents, what use will it be.

I've been stung for downloading in the past, as I downloaded a CD RIP of the internet a few years ago as my optical drive had stopped working. I received a Legal threat that they where suing me for upto £96.000
I had to prove that I owned the CD to them for them to drop the case against me. But ever since I'm dubious about downloading anything.

I don't even know what the torrenting sites are anymore. As I put a video up in the 90's on how to grow weed hydroponically and its been downloaded 9 million times and more so far, I'm surprised I haven't been sent a bill for uploading.
