Please follow the guide to register Tipard Video Enahncer:
Step 1. Download Zip package from GOTD.
Step 2. Unzip the Package and run setup.exe to install it.
Step 3. In the popup window, you will see a comparison window of the free trial version and the registered version. Click the "Register" button to enter the registration window. Then Click the “Get Free Registration Code” button to visit the registration page, where input your username and email address to receive an annual registration code for free.
Step 4. Back to the software, paste received registration code under “License Key” and then click the “Activate” button to register Tipard DVD Creator successfully.
Note: Check your Junk or Spam email if you have not received the email with free registration code for a long time.

In short: I miss the "wow"-effect. Optimization does something, but in my recognition it is not worth the effort for most old and faulty material that I want to be optimized.
If you are in search for strong and controlled optimization or even restauration of old and damaged video footage, like I am, you might be disappointed. It can blow up material thats quality is already very good to higher resolutions, but I do not see much difference. This the only case for what usage I might recommend it. And it is to mention that every modern TV-set does also optimization and upscaling on the fly.
I also recommend to stay away from trying to overall stabilize commercial video-footage, it does not make any sense and it will most likely lead to visible errors and unnatural movement that cause you headaches while you reduce the field of view.
The greatest plus: like everything fom Tipard and the dozen of its different incarnations it is a stable and robust program.
And not to underrrate, it is given away for free on a regular base, so the pay for what you get ratio is very high.
Hopefully in the future they might be able to integrate generative AI for creating some details where there are none in the source. And also add an algorithm for expanding the dynamic range and for smoothing out visible color banding.

I use a Beelink mini PC (Win 11 Pro 64bit).
Possibly lacks 'video card', and probably lacks grunt.
Does this giveaway (processing site) handle the required grunt

The requirements listed on Tipard's site are quite modest. It will likely take up 1GB or more of disk space assuming it downloads models, and not having a separate or discreet GPU will probably mean it will work slower than with say an Nvidia card with plenty of resources the AI can use.
