Please follow the guide to register FixMP4:
Step 1. Download Zip package from GOTD.
Step 2. Unzip the Package and run setup.exe to install it.
Step 3. In the popup window, you will see a comparison window of the free trial version and the registered version. Click the "Register" button to enter the registration window. Then Click the “Get Free Registration Code” button to visit the registration page, where input your username and email address to receive an annual registration code for free.
Step 4. Back to the software, paste received registration code under “License Key” and then click the “Activate” button to register Tipard FixMP4 successfully.
Note: Check your Junk or Spam email if you have not received the email with free registration code for a long time.

To clarify, I know it has a 51mb download, but looking at the website, it says:
Step 1. Launch this video repair software on your desktop. Import your corrupted video file by clicking the "+" button.
Step 2. After that, upload a sample video file for repair by clicking the "+" button on the right.
Step 3. Click the Repair button in the middle below to let the program start fixing the video. You can click the Preview button to watch the repaired playable video or click the Save button to download it.
#1 says import, #2 says upload, #3 says download. Upload & download means sending it elsewhere. So double checking if it's bad phrasing, or using a different computer to do the actual work.
