The program works well and converted a PDF to Word. Not all so called PDF converting programs actually work. This one does. I ended up purchasing the software. For around $11.00 is was worth it.

After installation, I tried "PDF to File" conversion on a simple (mostly text) PDF file located in my Documents folder but received a "Failed to get data for TaskDate" error message (with no file conversion). On a hunch, I copied the PDF file to the PDF Converter Pro installation folder, ran "PDF to File" conversion on that file, and it worked without giving the error message. After that, I was able to convert PDF files from other folders (including my Documents folder).
