Bit of an issue
I've edited each frame time, and now it won't save the resulting file.
I Click Export and choose a filename and there is an error:
File not found. Check the filename and try again. If I try and overwrite the existing file it states Stream Error.
This is not normal dialogue behaviour. Regards

I downloaded and installed this Program before I discovered it was for GIF files
only. I don't have any so I uninstalled it.
Secondly, I read that you can get a lifetime user license at 50% off. I understood that this is what I am offered for free. So which is it. LOL ,love this site just the same.

Billy D., the program is free only today on Giveawayoftheday.com. This site gives away one software every day for free. The idea being you can test it out and also give review and feedback of the software (to help the developer). You can also give suggestions to the developer if you have some ideas on how the program can be improved.
However, since the developers are giving us the software for free, there are some "rules" on this site. Namely, (a) you cannot use the program for commercial purposes, and (b) you will not get any updates for this program. Also, the installer that you used to today to install the program will only run today; it won't run in the future. Which means, in case there is a problem with your PC and you have to reinstall your programs, you will not be able to reinstall most of the programs you get from giveawayoftheday.com.
To avoid all these issues, you can "buy" the program from the developer. To encourage purchases, most developers give some sort of discount to buyers who are using the giveawayoftheday.com version of the program. (You don't need to buy it today itself. You can purchase the program anytime in the future, once you have tested it sufficiently and decided that it is useful for you.)

This is useful.
Create a video (advertising) banner in AI, convert the video to GIF, and now with this app, the frames can be fixed or the timeframe of the last frame changed to remain for longer.
I realise you have a Video to GIF app already too, but if there was an all in one studio that did the GIF editing from a video, such as AI, that would be even better.
