can this Program convert DVD ?
is this program unusable for DVD-drive with standard-DVD ?

Tiny window when application runs - almost impossible to read. Finally was able to click on something in the upper right corner that was the registration screen and got the program registered. Need a magnifying glass to use.

No way to register the software without a Blue-Ray Disc to convert???
On my Windows 10 Pro the installation process completed successfully and the application opened displaying a window to add a disc to convert. At this moment I do not have at hand any BR disc to convert and the aforementioned window does not offer any option to register the software.

At the top of the program in between the green cart and the minimize button (-) is an upside down carrot (v) click on that and at the top is Register(R).

You should be able to register the program even without a blu-ray disk or a dvd at hand.
On the right side next to the "buy" basket there's a little arrow that opens a menu when you click on it

Try clicking on the down arrow symbol next to the shopping cart icon. That allowed me to bring up a registration screen.

Does not start under XP or Vista, just pops up a load library fail box and on dismissing it it goes back to the desktop.
api-ms-win-crt-conio-l1-1-0.dll and other files with similar names were NEVER released for Vista and XP, they were part of Win8 and could retrospectively used under Windows 7 so system requirements is wrong. Uninstalling from Vista server.

John Tung, got the link via email & downloaded with Edge just fine, opening the ~56MB ZIP file to make sure it wasn't corrupted. *Maybe* it would help to try a VPN so the download takes a different route over the internet? Proton has a free one:
