I requested twice and have yet to receive a registration code. The giveaway was yesterday.

downloaded and installed with no problem, then waited hours and hours for the program key which never arrived. Seemingly useful product, but I won't keep it without a reg key. Thanks anyway, GOTD.

I still have not received my registration key and there is only 25 minutes before the offer for this software expires.
Not good!

2 things I didn't like:

1.)the code never came
2.) asked me to install iTunes which I cant stand

The WHOLE POINT of this nonsense is so you DON'T have to install itunes.
What a bunch of liars.

installed fine but then i had to install the latest version of itunes in order to register it. i couldn't even open icarefone before i had the latest itunes installed. by reading what icarefone does, nowhere does it say 'you've got to have the latest itunes installed in order for this program to work'.

i am not one to complain about an iphone app needing itunes in order for it to work, i know that that is the drill. however, i WOULD have appreciated being told this beforehand instead of having to go through the big long drill of installing the latest itunes. based on what is written, it seemed i could by pass that.

that being said, the program itself seems intuitive, and seems to have a lot of potential. thus far i only cleaned 'junk' and temporary files.

i definitely would recommend that you give it a try.

Have unsuccessfully tried two different emails to get a license key. Makes me wonder if their product is as bad as their support.

ok, I've got the registration code and I have installed the program but when starting it says it cannot find the Itunes driver even though I have Itunes installed and working properly. I uninstalled and reinstalled Itunes but I get the same error. Any thoughts on this?

i have waited 12 hours for the reg code.i have tried 4 times.i have just emailed tenorshare for help.i have never seen this messy problem before in years of following GAOTD. if they don't want to give it away don't play games here. geoff s

Keep asking me to intall the latest iTunes, even when re-instaall iTunes several times.

Eventually, I give up installing this program after wasting a lot of time.

Support team sent me a link; clicked on it and all it tells me to do is how to register the product with the info from the e-mail they send. Well it has been 13 hours and still no e-mail.

The program would not launch. Needs iTunes update. So much for their claim:
"Backup and Restore iOS Data for iPhone, iPad and iPod even without iTunes."
Very misleading. Don't waste your time on this.

Can't get past the "Verification Code Error!!". What is the correct answer as far as a Format that this is typed in. (ie. spaces, and what is the "?", the total of the math problem or "?")

What is the minimum IOS version this will work with? I have several older iPods that I'd love to drop music onto. They are 5 +years old and won't connect to app store etc because of old IOS. Than you! Marc

I can't get past their stupid verification (6 + 3 =?)
I've tried every possible combination and it says "verification code error!"

Mini-review: Used gmail to register and got my code immediately. Installed easy. Connected iphone and the software recognized it right away. I tried some of the backup and restore features - wanted to see if it would export my call and message history. It did and offered various formats. I chose Excel. Lets you export many things from photos, to voicemails, and app documents (which is appealing to an IOS tweaker such as myself.)

Cleanup tab looked sort of dangerous at first - I thought it went through each step automatically. Instead, when I clicked through the options and you have to choose what to clean up and delete. It would be nice if they let you sort the various items by size. But it's not too bad to scroll through to find the biggest offenders.

Not sure about the "Ads Remove" feature yet. It requires their IOS app be installed on the device. May give it a try later. Seems odd they'd have a feature of the software that simply points to an app for your device.

A few cons: I didn't see any way to export apps as ipa files. I had hoped to be able to export an ipa from my ipad for an app which had been removed from the app store so I could reinstall it. Also, I did not see any backup options under contacts, notes, calendars. Might be because I am mostly on Exchange. I do have some icloud contacts, but none of those show in the list to be backed up.

I've sent an e-mail to the author, but all I've gotten back is an automatic reply stating they will respond within 48 hours. If I get a registration code, will it work in 48 hours?

What a strange problem Tenorshare is having with registration!
However based on an earlier post I can now confirm that if your email account is with GMail you won't have this problem but if you use a different email provider you possibly will. My main account is not GMail and I've been waiting for the last nine hours for the code. I have now tried to register via my spair GMail account and I received the code immediately - hope this helps.

HELP!!
After installing, it says itune version is too low and takes to itunes d'load page. After d/loading and installing iTunes, tried to install icarefone, but it keeps taking me to iTune page.

Installed easily on Windows 10 64 bit machine. Registration key obtained using gmail address and worked successfully first time.

I downloaded and installed successfully. Entered the correct info on the Request Activation key, received the key immediately, entered (copy/paste) the information and get a popup window saying the registration code is incorrect and to contact support. Hopefully, I'll hear back before the day is over. Thanks.

I updated my iPhone from iOS 3.0 to 3.0.1. Then tried to clean up temp files with iCareFone and stuck at 98%. Tried again and same thing. Then I used Battery Doctor to clean up and worked nicely as always. Once again tried iCareFone and stuck at 98%.
iCareFone DELETED.

Registration code received quickly but failed to work. No, I'm not going to beg the publisher's support team for whatever. Since the publisher seems to understand that the codes aren't working, I think it appropriate they fix it rather than all of us having to queue up to ask that publisher what's up.

Received my licence code within 1 minute of requesting it - followed the details in the "read me" file. Code was delivered to my junk mail folder. Software looks good - many thanks to giveawayoftheday and Tenorshare :-)

It seems to do what it says, obviously can't tell how well it will 'repair' until my iphone or ipad is broken. The problem I have is that using the clean feature there is no way to see what it's deleting, I can only assume that the junk and temp files are safe to get rid of but with the photos, large files and apps catagories what does the clean button do? All of these catagories can be 'cleaned' in the file manager section so why are they included on the cleanup tab? Does the clean button direct you to the file manager tab, I'm not pressing it to find out! I could find nothing in the help section either. Haven't used the Ads remove feature, just a bit weary of the vpn warning message, I'll look into it a bit more before using.
