As many below pointed out, after initial install, no audio was found in any of the videos.
After about 3 days, now all downloads fail. Even though there have been 2 updates (latest v1.1.2), the downloads still fail. Let me know when a fix has been found. (For both the audio and download issues).

Works well, BUT, how do you record a series with more than 15 episodes?

Download, activation all went well. No Audio on the recording. The video portion works great, but there is no sound. The support is limited, and not helpful in this regard. What's up with this?

will advice to not use Vpns while using Disney on this program as it may effect connection .

steve, it's also against their T's & C's to use a VPN to hide your location and could lead to account being disabled. Their T's & C's reserves the right to cancel a membership for "any reason whatsoever"! Which obviously includes using hacked browser engine to download content in an unauthorised manner!
The description above is at odds with the FAQ's on the StreamUlt site too:
"What video and audio quality can I expect?
You can download videos in up to 720p Full HD quality and preserve the original Dolby 5.1 surround sound audio tracks for a prefect experience."
720p is NOT Full HD quality it's just basic HD. Full HD is 1080p which the description above here claims but the vendors DO NOT CLAIM 1080p ON THEIR SITE!
