Love sticky password I use it every day and its extremely reliable I have a lifetime license of it. Been looking for a big discount for lifetime for my mother but still waiting on it as its the usual discount on this site. But definitely recommend it if anyone wants a good password manager.

Have used this for years, Highly recommended. As you can see from the comments, support is fantastic. As far as I'm concerned this is the best password manager on the market.

I have been using it for a few years now, it is very good. This is a year licence, I added it to my account but only got six months added?

Decided to try this as a one year license give away from another site after using Roboform Everywhere for years and years. Roboform is pretty good, but can be frustrating at times, and sometimes it just refuses to recognize that there are forms to be filled out. And their Android version is painful like a root canal. And their support if you have a problem is, shall we say to be kind, grouchy.

It imported all my Roboform info flawlessly (as far as I can tell, nothing's missing), and after a month I liked it enough that despite having at least a year left on my Roboform license, I bought a lifetime license of Sticky Password. I use it on my desktop, laptop, and I even installed the Android version on my phone.

Their Android version, while less frustrating than Roboform's, is still not easy to use. I don't understand why it's so difficult to make it as seamless as it is on Windows, but then I'm not a developer.

I am pleased with the program and with the responsiveness of the developers. A one year full license is a great opportunity to try it out to see if you like it. I recommend it.

Here's a review from 2016, which gives a fairly good description of the basics of using Sticky Password, the features, and what to consider when moving to a password manager. This review (along with the multitude of positive user comments) has convinced me to give this one a try.

I completely agree with others' enthusiasm for Sticky Password. I too have been a user since finding it on GOTD ages ago. The support people are very attentive and very helpful, and once they even made a fix just for me when I had a problem with it I couldn't resolve. Hats off to Sticky Password!

I have used this for years . Love it . BUT they have promised for years to make it work with Windows Edge , NOT. I'm using Edge now and have to use last pass . Shame I have a life time License to.

Bill,
Unfortunately the Edge browser is not currently supported by Sticky Password because our technology doesn´t allow to be integrated to the current version of Edge.
Microsoft recently announced that Edge is going to be replaced by a new Chromium based Edge browser in the nearest future.

So far it seems that we will be able to support the Chromium based Edge without any problems once it will be available officially.

Marek - Sticky Password Team,

For me, as a lifetime license purchaser, supporting a Chromium-based version of Edge will be a welcome capability.

So far, regardless of any combination of "Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings" for Sticky Password that I've tried, every time Internet Explorer is launched (as an occasionally-needed alternative to my everyday Firefox browser), all Sticky Password windows shrink down to a tiny size (with micro-sized text, very hard to read) on my high-DPI screen.

After closing IE the tiny-size appearance of SP remains. I then need to exit SP and relaunch it to restore normal-sized operation. This has been my only peeve after using Sticky Password for years.

Otherwise, as a cross-platform/multi-device/flexible-synching password manager it has worked wonderfully; and their customer support has been top-notch -- highly recommended.

HMarx,

I should further explain that on rare occasion (compatibility with certain websites that apparently prefer Microsoft products) I need to use something other than Firefox for my browser.

I'd rather use Edge as it has no effect on a running copy of Sticky Password; however, Edge has no SP browser-integration support. I can still copy-and-paste the info, of course, but that is SUCH a hassle... ;-)

This leaves me with Internet Explorer which, although it has SP-integration support which works OK, also causes the "SP shrink" as a side effect.

That's why I'm excited that Edge should, finally, become supported by SP.

You may notice that there are relatively few extensions for Edge as compared with Chrome and Firefox, and many of those are Microsoft's own.

You may also notice that other major popular password managers such as LastPass, Dashlane, and RoboForm have low ratings, possibly an indication of the difficulty to develop compatible ones.

From comments made in their support forums on this topic it seems the Sticky Password developers made the wiser choice to not offer an unsatisfactory version of their product.

HMarx,
Unfortunately Internet Explorer can influnce display size of our app on high resolution screens. Only option is not to launch Internet Explorer at all. We are working on this problem however the solition is not simple and should be available at the beginning of next year.

Marek - Sticky Password Team,
The Edge browser will be based on the Chromium kernel and it runs beautifully in my personal opinion. The Sticky Password Team should grab the publicly available Insider Preview builds to test Sticky Password compatibility. Apologies to GOTD if links are not permitted but her's a link to the Edge Chromium based browser:
https://www.microsoftedgeinsider.com/en-us/

Sticky Password compatible with Edge would be great.

DON"T plan on ever using this with your android phone. It is both frustrating and impossible. I purchased the lifetime license and every time I try to use it on my phone I wish I could get a refund.

Dylan,
I have used this program for several years now and finally purchased the life-time license. I have an IPhone and whenever I needed help, the support was great. Have you attempted to contact support? I will say that I do not enter my password for my bank account just because I simply can't trust the internet. Otherwise, I recommend this program 100%.

Funilly enough before I came here it told me there was an update, which I downloaded and installed. I then found this and checked my version, which is now this and has a years licence, saving me downloading this. I love this software and recommend it to anyone.
