Wasn't very good- found all the wrong album covers but an even bigger problem has arisen.... I am unable to uninstall it, it doesn't have an uninstaller and the software is not listed in the add/remove programs. Also my system restore has had a 'catasrophic failure' and unable to remove it.

This software is dodgy and I need to get rid of it.
HELP!

1 click suggests that it will remove duplicate songs without asking me first if I want all of them removed and not be able to chose what I want removed.
I wonder how it knows if a song is duplicated as some songs have the same name yet are two different versions of the song such as "radio-edit" and "album" or the long and short version of a song.

I usually avoid a music program that says it can keep my music library "neat" with ONE CLICK!!

#1. You haven't seen my music library! It's MASSIVE.
#2. I've spent YEARS organizing and cataloging my music! What's your definition of "neat"?

I use MediaMonkey (which must still be linked with iTunes if you want to Sync your phone with it). I've tried dozens and this is the best I've found and that's not saying much.

Sorry for the rant. Music programs strike a nerve.

After reading all the comments, I am happy that I had already decided not to download and install this program. You see, I hate being thought of as an automaton inside a nice little box. I hate iTunes and others like them for that very reason so as soon as I read this program uses iTunes to make its decisions for it and that it would inform me about items not in iTunes which means my purchased music loops for videos and many other items would be listed and probably messed with.

What I really want to know is why there has never been a quality program to simply sort, clean your music list into a nice neat spreadsheet which won't remove songs with the same name if done by another artist (these are often very different songs in my music library)? I want to know when will one be made that will keep their infernal noses out of my business about licenses when music comes from youtube downloads or purchased music loops from other places or people. And when will they build one that leaves alone private music written by myself and played by my artist but that has never been marketed. I really want to know what gives them the "Right" to worry about any of the above as if it is their business what I have in and on my computer. They aren't god and this had flaws before I read all the flaw comments.

Don't bother. Couldn't find all my files. I know I definitely had duplicates by examining the folder structure. It did find 13 "Not in iTunes". It wouldn't list the artist or album so I could confirm or search for them until I actually hit "Fix All". Then, it comes up and says "You only get to clean 10 songs". I had gone through the activation process. Not worth the efforts, even if you purchased the full copy. Deleting from my system even though I so wanted this to work and would have probably purchased a full price copy. I wonder if

Without saying the "free version" is not the same as you would get for $39 is considered fraud?

Wouldn't install from the Giveaway download, just said activated but did nothing. Downloaded it directly from Solutery website and it installed. The program froze while importing music and the links for help went to a different product. Uninstalled.

I keep getting a message that the Set Up files are corrupt even after deleting and redownloading them

after downloading this when I click to run it I just get software informer and message saying activated but it's not installed ?
