I think it works like this install server
Then you can just add Clients .
if you go to website you can download client software . There is no mention
of paying for it.

I'd use this on rare occasions for 2 PC's at home. Does this have to be part of the boot startup programs (ie, memory resident on each PC, both server and client), or can I choose to not boot them, but instead run the server and client apps upon demand?

When I start the application I see no automatically found computers on my LAN in the LAN Computers list. (The GUI shown in Help looks a bit different than the actual GUI.)
When I select Download Client Components and then Download Remote Control Pro LAN Edition Client for Mac, I get the error This link is no longer valid.

If you don't understand what a remote desktop client is, this is probably not for you, especially with a question like that. It's for remotely accessing and control other PCs on your local network (INTRAnet).

This is something I've been looking for in a long time. 2 Questions:
1. Is this a one year license?
2. Once the license is over, how much (per year) to keep controlling, say, 4 computers?
