I'm really interested in trying this software, as I am apparently one of those rare people who has nothing but problems when trying to use my Nero or Sonic programs. Thanks, GOTD!

This product is so disappointing. It has NO HELP available to explain how to use it. I loaded it only because I wanted a simpler way to back up my children's DVD so they do not get all scratched up or destroyed . . .

I cannot see any way to accomplish this with this program.

Cool.

I have used other burning programs in the past, but this one has to have the simplest, most easy to use interface of all of them.

I am very excited for this program, and am happy to add it to my collection!

Thanks NITBits Sound & Giveaway Of the Day!

This certainly doesn't look the same as the last one to me.

OK, I see what's happening here. The author's website still shows the application as being v4.0.1 when it is actually 5.1.1.
I compared today's trial to Friday's trial (both listed as v4.0.1) and their different.
Today's trial and the GAOTD install binary are identical and this tripped me up. Sorry for the confusion.

Could the GAOTD folks please let the author know to change the version on their website?
Thanks

To #1 & #2 -
I have a PVR, DVD and PC PVR, but I STILL regularly use my VHS VCR.
Please expand your thougths to think about others (e.g. of different age, wallet capacities and mental abilities).
After you have expanded your thoughts, hopefully you should understand why I use all three systems.

To answer #2 no this is not the same version. Previous ver. 4.01 this ver. 5.1.1. But I still do not like it. No drag and drop capabilities.
When trying to burn a CD the program takes you through six screens before you get to a point where you can add files. It does not remember the choices you made about your burner and askes them every time.

In Nero one click and I am in a screen to drop my files in. This is no more friendly than any other burning software I have ever used.

Nero is still my burning software of choice, and Ashampoo,s free Burning Studio is better than RecordMax.

There are MANY free and BETTER alternatives than this.
Like CDBurnerXP, Ashampoo Burning Studio 6 etc.

Publish something more useful not just converters, downloaders.

Hello everybody!

If you are wondering why we repeat this title, then this comment is for you. :)

We had some registration problems when giving away RecordMax Burning Studio last Friday, so it was decided to make a rerun.

For more information visit our Blog.

Have a nice day!

Why this is a rerun? What was wrong with the previous giveaway? Is this the same version as in previous promotion?

A good burning software has to come up with high speed 1:1 disc cloning especially for video dvd, bluerays disc, and even protected dvd.

RecordMax Burning Studio had left out the most important aspect of why people use a disc burning software.

All basic function already included in recent version of Window7, and how many still use video cd nowadays ?

Quite an outdated piece of software in fact.
