After installing the program, I was able to register the program successfully.
Without exiting the program, on the next day, I decided to add a 128 G Thumb drive. During the setup process, I was surprised to see the registration panel show up again. Did it lose the previous activation? Anyway, I used the same values, but the response was:
Failed to active this product,the registration code can not be verified through the network!
(response text entered here exactly as on the error dialog, including spelling (active) and missing space (after the comma)
After exiting the program, restarting, I retried using the same Locker name, but the response was that a Locker by that name already existed, and to choose a different name. That means the first attempt did create a Locker. I tried a different name and the locker was created.
Next, I tried opening the first Locker. When I entered the password (the same I used for everything else in this program, so I know it is accurate), the response "Please enter correct password." Therefore, the first Locker password was not set.
I closed the second created Locker, and then deleted it.
The first Locker created is not accessible because the password is not what the program expects. Therefore, I have a Locker that cannot be opened or deleted. I will have to reformat the drive to start over, but I will not be using this program. It needs some work. It could be a good program, but the issues mentioned needs to be fixed to give confidence to users.

I have installed and registered this program on my Windows 10 computer. After closing the program I cannot find any reference to it on my computer. How do I open it again?

what level of security does it implement, encryption? what cipher? any plausible deniability that the media is just faulty and does not contain a "Secure Disk" I'd not want to lose my fingers if some criminal wanted me to divulge the pass-phrase to reveal what is on the media!

TK, you are quite right asking these questions. I did not find the answers on the site of the maker.
It looks like a clone of SafeHouse Explorer. I used SafeHouse for a long time and found it very reliable. Even a Windows crash with its virtual drive in use did not made me lose any data.
Nowadays you can get a freeware version of SafeHouse.
