So far I am NOT impressed! I paid for the Family PrimoPhoto Pro package, downloaded and installed it, and tried to trasnfer just one of my many iPhone photo albums, and this app keeps shutting down or crashing. Help me quick or I am going to ask for my money back!

EvieF,
It's Kelly Woods from PrimoSync, firstly thanks for trying our PrimoPhoto. To activate the program, it's highly recommend to copy and paste this code instead of entering it directly, and please make sure there is no blank space before and after it.
If it still doesn’t work, then please kindly send us a screenshot about this, so that we can make better analysis for you.
Best Regards,
Kelly Woods

Will this move photos to an iPhone or only from an iPhone?
I have lots of software to get photos off my iPhone, but none to get them onto my iPhone.

Mike H, Yes, it's also quite easy to transfer photos from computer to iPhone with PrimoPhoto. Try the Import to Device option. :)

may have put my question in the wrong place.......'is the reference to 'I phone' generic to mean any smart phone
like 'Photoshopping' means to edit a photo or is the program limited to 'Apple' ??????????

walt, as Android phones did great job on photo management, so the current version of PrimoPhoto works only for iPhone. We listed some common problems that we tried to solve with PrimoPhoto: https://www.primosync.com/primophoto/

Well I downloaded and installed (Win10 64x) the program including the extra drivers, and tried to use it (iPhone 6s) by importing photo's. First from Dropbox which did not work, then from my laptop which also did not work. Rebooted both laptop (again) and iPhone, repeated but still it did not work. Although it SAYS it has succesfully uploaded the photo's its count remains on zero.
Will uninstall.

Hi there,
For some reason, Apple does not find it necessary to allow users to sort their photos by name. Before I download, could someone from PrimoSync (if one is available to comment) confirm that PrimoPhoto will allow me to transfer my photos to my device and have them sorted by name on my device and not by date/time created.
PLEASE NOTE: I know if one is using a Mac, it is very easy to sort and transfer photos on a device, but I am using Windows 7 64-bit and have not found an easy way to do so.

Ju5t a 1nsignificant Guy,
It's a pity that we didn't notice this "particular need" on Windows 7 when designing our PrimoPhoto. But we'll give a try to see if we can bring this feature in the next update.
Please keep an eye on our website for the latest news :)
