I am unable to install this version. The error message stated that the older version could not be removed.

Charles , try manually removing the older version using program and features from control panel if that fails and you don't have 3rd party advanced uninstall program that tracked the original install to uninstall it... it might be possible a 3rd party windows cleaner program may have removed the old version MSI file needed to uninstall or repair the installation. Another possible option IF you saved the old versions installer is to re-install it over the top of the broken old install then remove it using the program and features window. It is possible to manually remove all traces of the previous version of programs but that is an exercise for someone with specific tools and expertise that most do not have and certainly beyond the scope of a giveaway sites comments section.

I wish some of these independent developers of add-ons for slide-making/presentation applications would consider the users of other office suites besides only Micosoft Office/Powerpoint, such as SoftMaker Office, Ashampoo Office, Kingsoft Office, Vole Office. They all have creditable slide-making/presentation applications, but are severely underserved by add-ons makers..

Benasp, people who aren't willing to pay for their office program are unlikely to fork out for just an addin, assuming the API to add addins exists in those many 3rd party office and one addin can be developed cost effectively for all the 3rd party office programs out there.

Monica Kenia Ahern, it is not A program in itself but is an addin for the microsoft office apps, you have to activate it from within the specific MSOFFICE programs IF you have them... you do have them?

From my personal experience, Power User was of a precious help in many situations, especially when PowerPoint didn't recognize the language, and in several other issues. Had it been able to load faster, it would have delivered an even better service. Many Thanks!

Sunil , Yes. Always a good question. The developers need to say: You program STOPS WORKING, or continues working as a non-premium, or non-updated version. All different and makes a big difference to, at least me. Not worth installing something which i only MAY want if I know I have to uninstall it after a year, during which I may not have used it much.

Sunil , try creating a ticket at the "here" https://www.powerusersoftwares.com/contact-us/faq link in the last line of the description, might be able to get an answer then as for us to roll our date forward a year in a working system messes up all sorts of things that are date related in windows.
