We’d like to clarify that the "Pay Once, Enjoy Forever" statement refers to the fact that the credits included in the paid plan do not expire — they are valid forever, until they are used up. You can continue to enjoy the program without any time limit, and there's no need to pay again unless you choose to purchase more credits.

I downloaded this, installed this and followed the "To activate your free copy, visit the page below and fill in the form.

Keeps saying no such email or password?

So I restarted it, same results I then tried to contact support@pixeraser.com. and when I did this, there was no way to actually contact the support that I could see?

After installation I opened the program, try to bring an image and the program says I already used 50 times or images. ??

This is a great program. Completely gets rid of watermarks on video in a very quick time.
Just a heads up, the instructions say to use the ERASE button but there isn't one. All you need to do is highlight the area you want removed and then just EXPORT the video. It automatically does the erasing. Took me 20 minutes of searching for the ERASE button but in the end gave up, just exported and was delighted with the result.

Just to clarify — the instruction mentioning the "ERASE" button applies to the image watermark removal feature.

For video watermark removal, as you correctly discovered, you only need to highlight the area you want to remove using your mouse. The software will automatically handle the removal process, and you can simply click "EXPORT" to save the video with the watermark removed.

While visiting the "PixEraser Free License" web site, I noticed that it refers to "50 Images" and "Valid for 6 months". Would that imply a... "whichever happens the soonest"?

The 50 images are yours to use with no time limit, they are lifetime.
The 6-month period simply means that you’ll be eligible to join the PixEraser giveaway promotion again after 6 months.
