I have 1.14 on my system but don't use it, it's celebrating its 10th Birthday this year according to its copyright date (2014)...
It's just a simple thing to apply filter effects, some with interesting names, to images via sliders. I liked the one called Cool and one end and Angry at the other (actually the effect was decent too)! It is annoying it doesn't apply the filter as you drag a slider, but only when you release it...

A bit of fun at the price of free. (Although if you haven't registered a Franzis program before the first time can be a little annoying, but use a real e-mail address for the account and that's a one-time thing, and they do have some really good photo software, slightly older versions of which are given away here from time-to-time too.)
The one I got from a previous GiveAway was 64-bit and wasn't High-DPI compatible (4k/5k monitor support). If you have one of those I'd recommend, on Windows 10 or 11, that you right mouse button the program, select Properties, then the Compatibility tab, click "Change high DPI settings", tick "Override high DPI scaling..." at the bottom of the next dialogue and select "System (Enhanced)", or if that doesn't work well then "System".

Having played with it for a while it is quite fun and I made a couple of images I liked...
It really should have a way to make your own Presets though (unless I'm missing something)...

Software installed wihtout issues on my PC with Windows 10, 64–bit, but it will not load any jpg images from my HD. Ir displays message:
loading...
error... without any explanation of the error nature and its rectification technique.
Noteworthy is that all my other graphic software (including that of FRANZIS) loads and processes such images without issues.
I feel quite disappointed as FRANCIS’s software has always perfecly worked on my PC and still does so.
I am just about to uninstall the software if not advice is provided here.
