From their product home page it looks like this is a NEW product brand, the features link links to the original product which reports as page not found.
It can be found on archive.org...
https://web.archive.org/web/20200218075330/http://www.pcwinsoft.com/imagewatermarker/index.asp last time any release was done prior to that date was in 2018 so this is really a new product and the version number 2.3.4 is pure marketing fantisy! It IS an unanounced Alpha development release and your systems should be treated with the required care and respect when running such an untried and untested piece of software that it deserves. Just tried to add a text watermark and graphic watermark and save as a PNG and on pressing the final Watermark button... an Unhandled exception has occoured dialog apeared citing " A generic error occurred in GDI+." yet more evidence this is NOT anywhere close to a stable release or even a public beta release! It is well and truely a pre-release unstable Alpha build. It's a shame as it might be not a bad one trick pony if it ever gets ALL the bugs fixed. A design flaw is not visually diferentiating text layers and image layers in the layers list so why differentiate their function? We should be able to switch between image or text on every layer in the list and not select the watermark type BEFORE + Adding a new layer. Either differntiate them in the layer list OR make the Layers watermark type agnostic!
Another bug is once that GDI+ error occours and one clicks continue it looks like it completes but no output is generated and all traces of the watermarks on the layers are lost... the layers themselves remain of the same types and names and the text details and parameters and image selection and its parameters remain but none of the layers are rendered any more. One has to start again if one wants to try again with different watermark layers and data to see if the program can be massaged into working... Out of memory error when trying again this time with a 5000x7073 image and in the process of adding a layer it ran out of memory... with yet another untrapped excepetion... more evidence of an untested pre-release Alpha build.

When I tried to add the watermark to the image, I got an error message. I have saved the details of it. "System.Runtime.InteropServices.ExternalException (0x80004005): A generic error occurred in GDI+.
at System.Drawing.Image.Save(String filename, ImageCodecInfo encoder, EncoderParameters encoderParams)"
Until that point,
I added an image, then added a layer for the watermark. It's a little strange to see "strike", rather than "Text", for typing words, but I figured it out. The positioning of the watermark is made by choosing one of the 9 areas, but there is a micro-adjustment for the location, as well. The only real problem I had was sizing the text. The slider for that and the size was really hard for me to fine-tune, as my hands make larger movements overall. Using the right and left arrow keys as an alternative would be helpful.

When I click on Watermark I get an error message pop-up.
It says:
"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
The path is not of a legal form."
How do I fix this, please?

UPDATE: I found if I add photos first, then this error does not appear. It may have only been because I was trying to create the watermark before adding the photo(s).
Also, you need to add layer(s) to add the watermark to the photo once you are in the watermark section. Now that I have figured that out, it is working well. I can see myself using this quite a bit to watermark my artwork and photos.

Dollinha, sounds like it is still in Alpha development phase if they have not catered for possible even if illogical button presses! e.g. the watermark button should be deactivated until it is logically possible to apply a watermark to something OR the ensuing exception due a lack of image path in the empty list should be inercepted and nulified. Strange they've made it to a claimed version 2.3.4 with such a fundimental programming error uncorrected! One wonders the true development history of this product!
I also notice a completely inappropriate set of phrases on their site for this product bearing in mind it is dealing with PHOTOs not "pictures" or videos:
"The program supports high resolution images including HD and 4K."
Err big deal! HD is less than a 2Megapixel photo and 4K is only an 8Megapixel photo... ALL modern phones of any reasonable specifications support way more resolution than that! 20Megapixes and more being quite common. If I take a 60Megapixel photo and want to watermark it can this program cope or will it practically vanish up it's own icon?
